The guy who I dropped the U-Haul off to was very nice. He asked how my dad was (who was injured during the move) and offered to extend my rental if needed.
JACOB MAYNARDPlace was excellent but UHaul didn’t include the equipment we ordered inside the truck - blankets furniture rollers, etc! Wasn’t anything the pick up location could do. They said it happens all the time. Never use U-Haul again! Had to go and buy the equipment at Lowe’s. Instead of a survey about the pick up location, send me one about how I feel about U-Haul!

Kenaniah DodsonThe self check in experience was overall terrible - unclear instructions, minimal help for troubleshooting, hard to reach help for trouble shooting and utter lack of guidance was very frustrating, time consuming and unsatisfactory. I hated using the website which had issues with allowing location, desktop vs mobile view, and directions for equipment. Some of my reserved equipment was missing but there was no way to ask for it or to determine why it wasn't included. I will never use the self check service again and will encourage others to avoid. Very surprised and frustrated with U-Haul since I've had great experiences before with in person services.
Sarah Changthe location was very sketchy. There weren’t any designated spots for parking and picking up the u haul from. Had to pick it up from the side of the street.

CHERYL HARRISThe truck was grimy, the driver side door was all beat up (full plastic pieces broken off), the driver side visor was broken, the check engine light was on the entire time, and the tire monitor system light was on the entire time. Not sure if the location has anything to do with the state of the truck, but it didn't seem like they had any others to choose from, so I wouldn't have been able to ask for a different truck if I wanted to. I'd rather go to a location that has lots of trucks so that I don't end up with the one that's all beat up.

Cody ChaseThis place was a joke and a horrible representation of what U-Haul should stand for as a company. I will never use this place again the customer service was horrible the vehicle was full of dog hair and smoke smell. My clothes smelled horrible when I finished in that van. The windows are dirty there is dust and dirt everywhere so obviously no Covid cleaning at all. That van hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Poor poor poor service I waited for 25 min for the guy to come to the office and then he seemed annoyed that I was even there to get a van. He was on a phone call the entire time talking about personal stuff. This was a horrible experience and I mean horrible.
Donnell NicholsMultiple maintenance lights on pickup, steering wheel alignment is tilted. Cargo light does not shut off automatically. You have to close a back door even if you did not open one. Front dome light not working.
Phillip FunderburkU-Haul double booked my 10' truck that I reserved days in advance. I was not notified of this until I arrived at the location. The manager of the Storage King came to the rescue and let me use a 20' he had on the site for the price of a 10'. 5 stars for Storage King, zero stars for U-Haul.

Hailey MorrisCustomer service was very good. However, the dealer's office closed early, and the rented van was very dirty and smelled bad. Also, some non-critical systems' warning lights were on.

Thomas PopeI bought an appliance dolly and some furniture pads. The location did not have either. I called uhal and the lady that helped me was super nice however she could not find any locations either. When she did find one she told me to go to it. While I was on the way she said they didn’t and she told me to go to a new location. This location was an extra 12 miles away from where we were. From the time I picked up the truck 8:30 I did not get my pads or dolly till 10:30 am and this put a huge delay in the move.

Chimene TaylorI reserved this location because the website showed inventory of all the equipment i needed. I used the cellular check in process to get the vehicle as my pick up time was outside normal business hours. This location was not the closest to my home but again, was used because the website detailed equipment availability. Not only was the equipment not available, but I had to drive to a different location to pick up the dolly, appliance blankets and furniture dolly. The location could have made me aware they did not have the equipment prior to pick up and I could have chosen a separate location. I will no longer do business with U-Haul as this experience made the move far more stressful then necessary.

Jenise HortonThe miles were not recorded properly when we checked the vehicle and we were charged for the mileage of the people who had the truck before us in addition to our own miles. We only drove about 20 miles, but were charged for 120. We had way of proving this so we had to take the hit.
James SlattonGo and check vehicles to make sure it is clean- especially during COVID. I felt like I needed to bathe in hand sanitizer afterwards.
Kylie BridgesThe location wS fine and store attendant was helpful but no one was there when I arrived as Uhaul changed my reservation to ride share with letting me know, which made for A waiting time and delays once arriving. I did not pick up until 3:30. When returning truck, I could not sign in to indicate I had returned truck at 2:05pm. Uhaul sent me final bill and had check out at 3:16pm. I returned earlier but the website was not only non user friendly but unable to sign out. I did not like The experience of truck share.. I usually use Uhaul for all my moves and have another move in 2weeks but reluctance with this experience. I normally use the Garner Uhaul and have NO delays or difficulties.

Tiffiney GoodwinThe woman running this location was absolutely disrespectful. Wouldn't let me drop off my U-haul because she said they didn't take drop offs. When the person in front of me just dropped off his truck. Absolutely ridiculous. She became very static and yelled at me when i expressed that this is where I was told to drop off. She then yelled at me again to leave and I had to take it somewhere else. I was then late for work and charged by the other location. Terrible service. Will never return again
Quentin Rupp10ft. Truck was unavailable at this location the time of the reservation. Someone else was late on the return. I was given a 20 ft. truck for 10ft price. This was too much truck for my needs and made it tricky to get close to my destination.
SAM KENNYReceived the vehicle with less than a full tank. Uhaul app made me fill up the tank to avoid incurring fuel charges. Ended up having to return the truck with more gas than it had when I picked it up.
Carter HoweI was not told about the limitations on mileage for a one way drop off. I did not find out until I dropped off. I feel that should be discussed before signing of rental contract.
kenisha shortThe truck I rented didn't have any working A/C. It was not working and with the heat index at 102, it made for a very uncomfortable drive. I drove for over 2 hrs with the windows down, to get a breeze. Due to my schedule and having moving helpers showing up, I did not have time to change the vehicle on July 5th.

stephanie parkerI reserved a 10 foot truck three months before I needed it. U-Haul sent me to this location they did not have a 10 foot truck that could go one way. I was told by this location that U-Haul knows that, but sent me there anyway. So I had to rent a 20 foot truck. This should not have happened since I reserved my truck three months in advance!

Jacquelyn MatusieI would not recommend the website i booked this uhaul on for anyone. I was sent a confirmation for 2 locations for 2 different trucks, and the location i wanted didn't have the reservation or the 17ft truck the website i used claimed to have. Thankfully the staff at storage king went above and beyond to help me, and i was able to leave with a 15 ft truck that day.
Michelle GriffinThe service rep that handled the paperwork for the rental was not there at 9 a.m. I arrived at 8:45 to pick up the rental. He did not arrive until 9:16 a.m.

Uhaul did not give us the size truck we needed and was very rude and unhelpful on the phone. I will gladly use this location for future moving/storage needs but Uhaul has lost me as a customer after all the hell they put me through.

Samuel Bryant Jr.My rental was not associated with my account (due to the issues with caused by the pickup reservation.) I had to manually associate it. Once done, the website did not show up until hours later, preventing me from returning my rental when I finished. I had to wait until the next day to return it.
