I rated the location Average because there isn't much parking and you park next to the equipment where your personal vehicle is in danger of damage form trucks or trailer. The service agent was great. Had me going with everything I needed and gave me perfect information and the location was near 635 perfect to get going.Jonas R.

Inside of cab was not too clean. Found old packages of food stashed behind the seat. Was lucky that this old food had not raised a serious stink inside the truck. I could have left it there, but after seeing the packages, and one that was leaking, I removed them and cleaned the area myself. I rented a dolly and 4-wheel cart, but the cart was not in good working order. The bearings are out on the cart and the wheel would not turn easily. This made it difficult to use the cart. Had also rented two dozen furniture blankets, but the site didn't have any, and I reserved this truck two days ahead. I also only had this truck for about 10 hours, from 10 am to 8 pm, but I was charged for two days, not one. Main thing is that the person managing this site was very polite, very helpful. That's a big plus that wipes out the little minus signs of a less than clean cab and a less than operational cart.DAVID H.

I like UHAUL for my movements and I don't see anything wrong about it, so I recommend all my friends to use UHAUL for they're movements and I think most of them already used .ALI J.

Place was not open when I arrived. Employee smelled of marijuana.Carson B.
Open up on time. Answer questions clearly. Have software that works. My reservation was moved to this location. I was supposed to pick up at 8:30. When I got there, their sign said they didn't open until 9am. I rang the bell for 45 mins, and stood out in the 35-degree weather, until they finally opened at 9:15. Then, the links to describe the truck and trailer's condition didn't work, the guy didn't want to hook up the trailer or drive the truck, and he generally seemed to want to do anything except help me. I was over an hour late, while my movers, who I was paying $90/hour to, were waiting on me. This was insane. The best UHaul could offer me was $50 off my reservation, and that hasn't even shown up yet on my CC statement. I am beyond angry.Hal K.

I set up pick up time at 8am and no one was there. Then the guy says they open at 8:30, then why is there an option for earlier pick up. I set up to rent an appliance dolly and there were none available. I explained I needed to move a washer and dryer from an upstairs apt and the rep gave me a utility dolly and furniture dolly. Absolutely no help. I called to make a complaint and the rep on the phone (customer service line) asked why did I accept it if I didn't want it- I feel as though she was talking to me like I was stupid. The man literally said the items would work and threw it in the U-Haul.Faith J.
Location was NOT open till 7PM...due to the drive from Marshall, I was NOT able to make it in time to avoid a $20 after hours drop-off fee. However, since I arrives at 6:30 PM, I should have been directed to a location with a 7PM closing time. Why not?JIM W.
The guy was new charge us for 2 days then when we called to just accept the 2 days & keep the trailer he wanted 2 charge us for 3 days. So we go to turn the trailer in that Saturday way before time & be was closed what he failed to tell us was that he closed @12on on Saturday which was why he was trying to charge us for 3 days out was a mess left trailer with neighbor ing business who called him & got an ok to do so horrible experience I rented a car trailer @ Christmas from a legit Uhaul & I have never had such a bad experience until now.joseph J.
This comment has nothing to do with this location. It has to do with my initial attempt to contact Uhaul to rent the trailer in Bethany, OK. My wait time to reach your call center (last Sunday) was about 15 minutes maybe more. That alone is enough to discourage customers. And please don't remind me I could have used your online reservation tools; I know that. THe point is that if you are going to have a customer assist phone number, hire enough peops to answer within 2 minutes, please. If someone asks me about my Uhaul experience, that is what I'll warn them about first, which is not what you would hope.Richard T.
