The location was great I showed up after uhaul had closed but the girl behind the counter was very helpful in helping me with my rental I reserved it online and selected two dolly's to help with the move but when I got their they didn't have any dolly's at all so that was a big inconvenience then she informed me they charged me for moving pads I never even asked for so she took that off for me then when I returned the truck and went through their check in process when i was done they gave me my final price and told me a receipt would be emailed to me but when i checked my bank account i seen they charged me 30$ more than what I was told at the check in and I still havent received any receipt so I would suggest using a different rental company theses guys arent very honest and apparently dimt even know if they have the equipment they are charging you for if it wasnt for the very nice lady that helped me with the pick up process I would have been charged for equipment I didn't even get to use and moving pads I didn't ask forAlfredo V.

This wasn't the place I made my reservation and was supposed to pick up my truck and trailer. I was never told my pickup location was changed to some place thirty miles away. So I couldn't pick it up until the next day which affected my move considerably. But the lady here was very nice and helpful.Francis R.

They didn't have the furniture dolly, when she tried to refund my money for it she ended you charging my card again. So instead I got cheated out of the cost of the dolly twice. Obviously whomever rented the truck before used it to cut trees up. There was oil and gas residue left in the truck. Needless to say my king size mattress not only absorbed the oil and gas but it's smelling of our now. I'm not a happy camper...Amanda J.

The self check in experience was absolutely terrible. I never received a link for check in. I arrived to pick up at 7am where I then spent 1.5 hrs on phone with U Haul trying to register and check in to get keys. After 1.5 hrs on phone it still didnt work. The office doesnt open until 10am. Luckily a worker arrived early at 9am, but it then took him 30 mins to get me going. I was delayed 2.5 hrs from my original pickup time. To top it off I was told I would received an email with total billed to my card. Still have t received that email. I will never do this again. Absolute worst process and experience ever. First of all, we had a reservation at another location ( Park Ave.) They rented our truck out before we got there, leaving us to try to find another one after we traveled from out of town. Truck we rented from I-10 was dirty, but employee was very helpful at getting us another truck. Uhaul did not give us enough mileage considering that we had to take the truck to the closest town to bring it back, causing us extra expense. It was the closest location to where we moved. I think that this should have been taken into consideration. I will not be recommending Uhaul to anyone.Cathy M.

We rented a motorcycle trailer for 1130 and for some reason the lady at the front lied about our reservation to cover for the maintenance man who was using the trailer for personal moves. The trailer also was dirty, filled with clumps of hay or grass.John A.

The staff was friendly but did not seem to have a clue about 24/7 pickup. I first received a call the day before informing me the truck was double booked and they would find me a different place. After not receiving a call back I drove to the store. They told me they were not a 24/7 location but had moved things around and put a lock on the truck and gave me the combination for me to pick up the next morning. When I showed up the next morning the combination would not work. After fighting for over an hour and getting on the phone directly with UHaul (which they couldn't even help me) a worker showed up and could not explain why it wasn't working. Finally the worker cut the lock and I was able to take possession of the truck (which was filthy inside with sunflower seeds). That afternoon I received a phone call informing me the reason the lock didn't work is because a UHaul rep had come by and replaced that combination with his own and that I would have received the new one if I would have proceeded through the 24/7 check in process. Due to the conversation the day before and the lack of ANY communication from UHaul I didn't think I needed to since we had already agreed on a process. UHaul should have an automated process that I should have woken to an email from them or something reminding me to check in but there was nothing.Jesse B.

She cut me off as I was trying to explain the situation to her and had me repeating myself asking the same questions over and over like somehow I was making the mistake.
