When I initially reserved the Uhaul, it sent me to a location that did not have a truck available. I then drove to the closest Uhaul where I waited in line for 45 minutes only to find out I couldn't use one of the trucks onsite. The gentlemen said they were all reserved but I TOO had a reservation. I was then routed to a different location to pick up the uhaul. The address listed on the paper given to me was not the actual storage pick up location since Storage Depot WPA moved. In addition, I had reserved two dollies but neither locations had them available. It was a terrible experience.Mary Joy O.
Trucks were all dirty inside and out, no assistance in helping hooking up the trailer to the truck, truck smelled gross and was loud from the wind like the truck cab was outside in a windstorm I would also like to add that the the transmission on the truck was slipping making the rpms go high causing the gas mileage to really suck I use uhaul frequently and this is probably the worst experience I have ever hadEric M.

This location was very helpful and at least acted like they wanted my business and I will use them again. The location at 2525 IH10 has a very port individual at that location and I would never use them as long as he is associated with U haul.Kelly A.
I completed the contact-free online reservation scheduled to be picked up at 8am. I received an email confirmation from the facility, guaranteeing my appointment. When I arrived at the facility at 8am, they had the gate to their trucks locked and they didn't come in to work until 10am. Once they did get to work, It took almost an hour before the gate was unlocked, setting our move behind 3 hours and as a result, placing us in the middle of a thunderstorm that I had planned for us to be done moving by the time it started raining. The truck was immaculate and the drop off location was wonderful. I plan to use uhaul again for our next move. But my constructive criticism would be that if the you guaranteed your customer In two separate emails a pickup time, the customer deserves to pick the truck up at that time, regardless of the fact that the facility doesn't get there until 10. There should be some sort of company-wide plan for compliance and convenient pickup for the customer.Timothy Luke C.
The drop off address is different than the office/listed address and there's no room to turn around once you're in the long driveway for the listed address. Maybe let people through the gate to turn around.Ernest B.
Your authorized dealer in Orange Texas is the absolute worst. They overcharged me I've called him four times they will not return a phone call. There's no absolutely no customer service If I cannot get this handled within a reasonable amount of time I will take legal action.Stan M.

I rented a 26 foot truck. There is very limited parking space. It is an accident waiting to happen with turning the 26 foot around without hitting a storage building. Smaller trucks are fine. No place to leave after hours without blocking driveway.Rod C.
After having had a reservation for a month, Uhaul was unable to find a truck at the last minute. It took a favor from a friend to pull strings to find me a truck large enough to fit my load. The young girl at the pickup location was inexperienced and lied about the amount of gas in the truck. The amount on my invoice did not match the amount charged to my card by $50. No help. Take it up with corporate.She promised to change all the information in the contract. Of course, that didn't happen. She wouldn't pick up her phone when I repeatedly called and left messages. Reservations don't mean anything with Uhaul. What can you do to improve? Simply keep promises made to your customers and charge them according to the invoice.Tim P.

I took way to long to pick up trailer. Most of problem was with getting my rental to go through U hauls system. The trailer was parked in different location. Had to go around block to puck it up. Then return to location for paperwork. As far as trailer condition. It was old and had lots of previous patch work to it. Had no jack for disconnecting and reconnecting. The surge brakes have no way to block them. Was unable to back up hill with loaded trailer. Which created big problem.Danny M.
I made a reservation for a truck at a location in Orange, TX where I had a storage unit to make the pick up easier. I received several emails after making the reservation confirming, then changing the locations for m pick up. Trying to call the businesses proved fruitless as I didn't get an answer. I finally got through to the last location I was told to pick up my truck and was told they didn't have trucks. He was very nice and called another location and confirmed the location I was supposed to use. The personnel at that location was nice and helpful and I was on my way quickly, but I found the reservation process less than acceptable.MARK S.

Have the U-Haul available where the reservation was made. U-Haul representative call 4 times and kept cancelling or pushing my reservation further away. Was not a pleasant experience having to drive from Baton Rouge to Orange back to Lake Charles and then to Pasadena.MIGUEL H.
