I was happy with the drop off site personnel but I was not happy that uhaul, against my will, choose this site as a drop off for my one-way rental. This site is ONE HOUR away from my destination. There were 2 other dealers closer to my destination. ( One was 7 miles away and the other was 17 miles away) Uhaul would NOT allow me to drop off at either site! A waste of my time and fuel! NOT HAPPY!!!
BARRYCRAIG N.When I arrived at this drop off location I had to wait some time to return the trailer. The employee informed me they don't take these returns and proceeded to call her manager to confirm. He stated yes he was taking it and that I needed to drop it on the side of their driveway. I had to unhook the uhaul and drop it! No one was there to help. There was no place for me to turn around in the front of their building. I am extremely disappointed with Uhaul and will be sharing these experiences with everyone that asks. I will also be filling complaints with each location.
