Andy SinquefieldTina and Jack are the best. I’ve been coming to this location for lots of years. And will continue to do so. There was 1 hiccup when trying to return 15ft DC though no fault of Tina or Storage by the Sea. The computer was trying to charge me an xtra almost $60 bucks and i had to call traffic and alert them. I’d like to know why this happened???
CLARK GADDISCalled 24 HR hot line had to return late at night. Area was clean and easy to use. The 24hr hot line was very helpful in locating a drop off point. Thank you for all your help before and after pick up. It made it easier to have all the information needed before leaving. That took a lot off our mind's and just let us focus on getting there😇 Thank you again
Elaine PyeClean the truck out ahead of time. I thought there was an added fee if I return the truck dirty? I think it's rather unfair for me to pick it up with flotsam in the back and in the cab and that I'm responsible for cleaning it. Have the gas tank reader MATCH what it says on the form. Granted, it is MY responsibility to check out the truck to see if there are anything problems Before I drive away. Due to the painfully long check-in process, I was in a hurry to leave. As I drove away, I saw that the tank was BELOW what I was told to return it. Check the accuracy of the gas gauge reader. I put $25 of gas in the tank and it barely moved. I put another $25 in a, lo and behold, the needle shot practically to FULL.
Michael MoranThe uhaul was not cleaned after the last party whom rented the truck. The rear cab was clean but not the front interior. The front windshield was dirty from bugs

The cargo van I rented was super nice! I will tell all of my friends and if my future plans call for moving/, etc I will definitely call upon you again! Thank you again for the wonderful service. Please do something special for Tina, as she deserves more than just a pat on the back. Lol! Hint:hint: Cash is King! Raises are always appreciated!! :)

CLARK GADDISThe hand truck or dolly was not in the truck as I had paid for. Unfortunately, that wasn't known until the first location was reached about 35 miles away.
TERRY POLKThere were roaches in the U-Haul and then they charged me additional 46$ which I was unaware of the charge for mileage. The app initially said I’ll owe on 50$ but they charged me 100$ instead.

BEVERLY DAVISWe had a small indoor box for almost 4 years. Indoor storage was always clean with no musty odor, very dry for south west Georgia where the humidity can be in the high 90's for months. Went through 2 hurricanes with no roof leaks. Office staff always pleasant.

Roy FennellStore person told me the truck was NEW and had arrived with no gas. Would give us $45 credit if we accepted it and we returned truck with 1/4 tank of gas. The truck had 22,000 miles on it. Clearly not a new truck. We had to get gas immediately. Not happy.

John MorrisonMy unit was flooded twice and then mine and thirty others, locks cut off and my valuables were stolen. Locked gate was open and security cameras were not working at the time. Then the owner sends me a threatening notice that what was left was to be auctioned off. This is before the current month due ended. I Do NOT recommend using this storage facility! Horrible experience!

We paid an Uber to drive us to pick up the truck only to have the other person at the desk give it to someone else because "she should have it she's alone and driving far"...so it's ok that the old couple have issues, which we did!!!

I called the Uhaul facility once I received the receipt, and the female worker said the manager would call me back to refund the charge. They have yet to call me.

Kenneth Warren | Overall ExperienceMy storage unit was broken into this week, found out the gate that was suppose to be secure had been broken for almost 2 months now. Several units were broken into and it floods which I was not told that until after it flooded the first time & should have been told because they were well aware that it happens when we have a lot of rain (that came out of one of the employees mouth himself when I came to them after it flooded). They have cameras but it does not cover all the units. They are only at the entrance way. Very unhappy situation
Rachel Owens | Overall ExperienceAbsolutely do NOT use this storage facility (at leaat not the non climate controlled part(. MAJOR FLOODING ISSUES!!! Over 12 inches of water in my unit completely ruining everything. The water was so high it knocked over my lighter storage totes ans broke irreplaceable family Christmas decor. They never warned or even disclosed of any flooding issues. The manager named Georgia said that the owner was well aware of the flooding issue - not a new issue and he blamed the county for not cleaning the ditch out near units. She said that he received ans $11,000 bill for it one time and that is why he did not have it cleaned (seems a little outrageous to me and a good blame game). They did nothing but offer 1 month free rent for over $8,000 in items lost and irreplaceable/priceless family items being broken due to their negligence and improper business managing. Not to mention the day I got back in town to check on my unit it was raining and water was gathering heavily again in front of 3224 and the neighboring units.
