Second week I have needed to rent a U Haul and like the last time the truck was clean and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up. Very friendly nice staff that owns and works at Storage Bros.

JEREMY D.Make sure the truck is clean inside! You're paying a premium price for the truck. Sitting in filth for 10 hours is in no way shape or form fun. Also, don't park the truck in the middle of a gigantic mud puddle that you have to walk through to get to the truck.
