Rodney Lterrible experience. uhaul was dirty and had a check engine light. Also returned the truck a hair below 1/4 tank and got charged $60 for “6 gallons of gas” plus a refueling fee. make that make sense? terrible, horrible staff and the truck was a piece of junk.

jared DI did have the truck break down, but the staff at this location handled everything and were very understanding and helpful. They waived the charges of the rental which was very respectful of them even though it was out of their control, but that just shows they appreciate your business.

My son was with it was cold I had to call someone to get my child and the rest of my things on top of that. The location is saying that the truck is not there. So where is the broken down truck at?

There wasn't any option on my return form to leave notes so hopefully it's fine that we tracked snow inside the cab because that's pretty unavoidable in Michigan but I tried not to the best I could!

Philip LI am unhappy with the auto check-in result. I drove 15 miles. I put in $15.00 worth of gas, have pictures before & after of gauge, and I'm being charged $13.00 for gas. The representative agrees but I haven't gotten a refund. The process requires a picture but then doesn't accept it. Very disappointed.
