The 15' truck I rented exceeded my expectations. It had brand new tires, and was recently serviced. It drove well - lots of power and was smooth. PHOEBE2489 the person who we worked with when we first arrived was pretty rude. Zero customer service, did not care when we had concerns, rushed through the process, gave us false information, and we will never return to this location because of her. The handle to roll the window down on the drivers was already broken and was difficult to roll down. The truck smelled heavily of stale cigarettes and was dirty. We had to clean the back area before we could use. The paperwork said gas was half full but it was closer to quarter full. When we told PHOEBE2489 she did not care to update the paperwork, we were shocked! We only did a little less than 11 miles and returned the truck with much more gas than half tank. We really should have just returned it with the same amount that was given to us. Very concerning how this location is run. We will tell our friends and family to not use this location. The woman who assisted me from the front desk was either a moron or a sociopath. I don't say that lightly and I have never complained before about an employee but I was astounded by the treatment I got from the first moments her saying that I would not be able to pick up the van for the scheduled time at 1 pm because that was the lunch hour. I aSked when, then, 11:30? No she could not predict what customers would be needing her services. I said when then after much back and forth and I settled on the only time she would give me which was two hours earlier and I would not have the assistance of my son. At no time did she apologize or explain her actions. Then on my return she acted like she was doing me a favor by saying I needed to put in gas or the bill would be $35. We went to find a gas station and surprise no gas station was within sight for miles. I felt like a fool again for even dealing with her. I was going to rent a storage unit there but have decided to go with Public Storage instead even though I have really been impressed by the quality of the interaction otherwise on dealing with my move although the website leaves a lot to be desired too. but that's another matter. Hats off to Atwater, they were the best!Teru K.

Hi, my truck was not available when I arrived to pick it up. It seems someone else had it out and they cancelled my reservation without notifying me. I'm sure it was a simple oversight, but want to give you the feedback that this is not going to be ok for me in the future because I need the truck on the days that I reserve it.Joseph Z.

Good customer service; front office staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Vehicle was very old, leaks gas smell, and was not a smooth ride. Truck should be retired and replaced. U-Haul should accept third party insurance; essentially forcing us to buy your insurance is not right.Tuan T.
The truck began to overheat when stopping at gas station to fill up before return. When parked the truck for return, the employee at stor n more had to turn ignition on and off a few times to try and get proper mileage because the overheat signal would come on before he could read it. I truly feel he could not get a proper reading of the odometer. I made the same route a month ago and the mileage was just over 100 miles. This time it was 138. Also was being charged for two days of rental and insurance. They could not figure out how to change it to 1 day, so they used a reimburse option to give me back the extra day of rental and insurance. Was a smart idea and only option they had but I realize taxes were involved in actual payment and taxes were not included in reimbursement. I also could not finish express check in on this order for some reason. I would click express check in but would take me to a page that said â€œdoes not existâ€. The location and their employees are great, this experience just had some issues.Jose V.

After logging in the truck for 24 seven rental I found the key drop was completely taped up and said no after hours drop offs. I had to take the keys with me and then drive 45 minutes one-way for an hour and a half round trip just to drop off the keys and get back home. This was a terrible experience.Ian F.
Driving the trucks is stressful because there is no way to no how close things are behind you...it would be nice if there was a sensor or bumper camera. Electric powered windows would also be helpful on hot weatherAndrew S.

The storage place I rented from was so unprofessional too slow and I had everything done online and ready my reservation was at 9am and I didn't get out of there till 9:40 and then I was over charged and uhaul wants me to go thru the storage place with no help. The facility can be difficult to enter on a weekend due to heavy traffic. There is also limited customer parking. Customer service was great.ANDRE S.
