Digital registration is very difficult to navigate. A smart phone is necessary and the web site is not user friendly. Let’s go back to having helpful people assist in renting a truck or trailer.
DAVID ARMSTRONGWe did not have the dolly or furniture pads we pad for in the truck. Not sure where we were suppose to pick those up if they were closed.
Sydney LewisThe two dolly's we rented were not in the truck. We had to drive to a different location to pick them up. They charged us for the dolly's, the gas to pick them up, and the extra hours that were added on that they informed us would be free. This whole mess had terrible communication and has cost us a lot of money. This happened right before the holidays, right before Christmas. I did not expect to pay this much for poor service. This has made Christmas a lot more stressful.

Candace BelamyWhen we went to pick up our truck nobody was at the facility so we had to wait which pushed back our moving time and didnt help with friends that had select times to help us move. After we figured that all out they dis fairly well with everything else the manager was very nice.

Patrick MessingerThe staff was exceptional at this location. However, this location was changed on me after my initial arrangements had been made. And I was given a truck on empty - no fuel. I was given a discount for the truck being on empty, but I doubt that it made for the amount of gas required to fill it. Plus, there was a problem with the internet, and it took 50 minutes for me to be checked out, and handed keys. These things were not her fault, and she handled them wonderfully! But something at this location needs to be improved. She cleaned the truck, was super helpful, kind and competent. Give that lady a raise!
april bieberLady was not very friendly. Seemed annoyed by my small rental of just a dolly, but I had rented other equipment earlier from another location. When i asked about the rental period being 24 hours she said uhaul wants it back in 3 or 4 hours, then acted like she was doing me a favor for letting me keep it longer. Overall just felt like I was a big inconvenience to her on this particular day.
CHRIS TAYLORWe were unaware there was a time limit to pick-up the truck. We arrived about 20-25 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. The employee stated he had no trucks scheduled to be rented out that day and then looked on the computer and mentioned how we almost lost our reservation. Not sure if this information is in the online rental disclosures. So, this could be my fault. It's not like they were busy with customers waiting to rent. They just opened the doors at 9. We originally wanted the truck at 8 and were told we'd have to wait until 9. It all worked out.

Kimberly SmithI was originally supposed to pick up the U-Haul at the storage facility I rented at Locust Grove and Fairview. The night before I was told I would need to go to this location. Not very convenient.
Richard PhillipsTerrible U-haul experience. First, the truck I reserved weeks ago was not available at the reserved location. So, I was contacted the night before the reservation and told I had to pick up the truck at another location that was 35 minutes away. I had no choice due to the circumstances. Then when I picked up the truck, the internet was down and it took me an extra 30 minutes to pick up the truck. This put my move behind schedule. I will be using a different company for my next move and recommending different companies to friends and acquaintances.
