He was very nice and considerate. I was early, but he made it work. Nice job.
I dropped the trailer long after they were closed. Plenty of space to park the trailer. I have rented from here before, but the guy made me put on a mask even though I was outside, he was inside behind the glass, and nowhere near me.
I don't think the right questions are being asked here. Acquiring a 26 foot U-Haul truck was my worst U-Haul experience of my life. But nothing against the location I picked it up at. The staff there were excellent. My gripes are with the way U-Haul does business.
THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS THROUGHOUT THE TRANSACTION. I REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO IMPROVE ON A GREAT SYSTEM. I'VE USED THEM MANY TIMES AND IT'S ALWAYS A PLEASURE
The Fallon experience was excellent. My real frustration was with the telephone service and attendants who booked our transaction. After waiting on three separate occasions for 30 plus minutes on line, finally we connected with someone on the fourth try. The representative was rude, smart alecky and unkind. She definitedly had an attitude. It was "like take this or we won't be abel to helpyou." We originally asked to schedule a pickup in Reno and had to drive to Fallon Nv to pick up the rental. We actually drove to the listed location in Carson City NV and there was NO longer a rental place at that location. I am so disappointed with the way in which the telephone agent greeted us that it changes my mind about UHaul such that I will speak to that awful service should anyone ask me about renting a truck or trailer in the future. Really distasteful and upsetting. When you are moving there is enough stress in your life that no one needs one more drop of disservice or attitude. In your next survey ask participants about the registration and reservation service provided and see what kind of answers you receive.
These folks always go out of their way to make certain that you have the best possible experience.

I was told I would get my deposit back in cash when I returned vehicle. When I was denied cash back I called back this location and told him it was false information. He told me to call another number. Will never rent from him, I'm Furious!!!!!!!
My contract told me to deliver to one location which was closed. When I tried to do it online it sent me to another. I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to figure out where I was dropping the actual truck

This location went above and beyond to assist and make sure I was taken care of.
Well the first location that I was scheduled to drop My rental truck by 7-am did not open until 8:30, then I was sent to the Gummow location that was also closed. So I parked rental locked it and dropped keys in the night drop box, so I assumed the turn was and or in complete.
Other than the fact we had 3 different pick up locations in 2 days and had to go 1 1/2 hours out of our way to get it it was fine. The staff at Our final pick up destination was amazing. Very nice and extremely helpful

This part of our experience was wonderful.
Location operators were awesome but the online U-Haul experience was a nightmare. U-Haul would do well to actually make sure the vehicle inventory is more accurately kept as well as fixing the seriously annoying glitches/software issues that seem to plague the system.

Only problem I had, and was not with this location, was that I reserved a 26 foot truck and then was informed a day before pickup that none were available. was told I could get a 20 foot, which i ended up getting, and told I would get $20 VIP credit for doing this. Still waiting on my $20 credit!
