The attendant was outside immediately upon my arrival and I was able to get the rental trailer hooked up and on my way within a 20 minute timeframe. Bravo! However, I could not find the attendant when I returned the rental trailer later that, so I just left the trailer in its original spot and left. I took a short video of the trailer condition after I left as a precaution, but it would have been nice to make sure the attendant knew I had returned the trailer in its original condition. Overall, it was an efficient check out and return experience.Mark C.

The 24/7 service is a great idea. However, when returning the vehicle and going through the steps "on-line", one of the first things requested is to drop the key into the lock box. The next step is to photograph the mileage and fuel level, which cannot be done without the vehicle running......obviously you need the key for that. Dropping the key in the box should be done last.....my opinion.Scott G.
No one is onsite. I had to reach out to Shannon Ellard, Area Field Manager to get my rental. He was great and got me on my way. Also, not additional products are available, so I had to travel to the closet location to get they blankets I had reserved with my order. I understand the location had a fire issue, but the customers should be notified of any issues and if you cannot get additional supplies provided.Wilbon E.

The drop off location had no one there to accept delivery. Although they have gas pumps, they were turned off. They had a business card taped to the door with a phone number to call, but no one answered the phone. I was hot, sweaty, and PO'd by the time I left their location.Kenneth B.

My first option to return the truck was Paradise Wine and Spirits. The manager there was no help at all. Said everything was to be done through the UHaul app. My signal was weak and I could not download what I needed to check the vehicle in at Paradise, and the manager refused to help. He said, "Uhaul does not pay me enough to deal with any of this." He made it quite clear that I was on my own. Having dropped off a trailer at Stop N Shop the week before, I went there to see if they could take the truck. The building had recently had a interior fire and was under repair. However they were very accommodating and helpful and took the truck return. Five stars to Stop N Shop, Zero for Paradise Wine and Spirits.Guy Y.

The Van was in terrible shape, stunk of cigarettes, was dirty inside and out. The steering wheel was gummy and stuck to my hands. I checked the oil % of remaining life, it was 0...Zero. It was blowing smoke going up hill and the cats were smelling as they were burning off the soot. YOU MUST DO BETTER.David R.

Information including taking pictures of my DR and credit card taken on employees personal phone and text to Mike Isaac to enter into Uhaul system. I was very reluctant and employee suggested I call Uhaul customer service which I did and they said because it was a local move they could not process my credit card. And then when I line and tried to do it manually but this local processor Mike Isaacs said he could not refresh to see the new credit card information. Took me an extra 60 minutes or I had to pay another extra hour $150 to my laborers who were waiting for me in Cleveland Tennessee. At very least return my uhaul payment to compensate for the loss of my time and funds.WILLIAM L.
The only improvement for next costumer would be to just not use this location. Cashier was on something and was bothered by the fact we were trying to rent from their location. They do not help in anyway. Trailer was not clean. And they make you send a photo of your I.D. to someone's phone number that is not at location. Very uncomfortable experience all together. we've used uhaul plenty of times before and the locations usually do the paperwork and hook up your trailer and check the lights. They only take picture of hitch at this one.Harry F.

After being directed to take the Uhaul to Paradise Liquors and then be told that we couldn't leave it there, we had to find another place to leave it. It was a blessing that they took the Uhaul at Stop N Shop, but they were not very inviting and we seemed like a burden.Sean W.

Uhaul switched my pick up from Sweetwater to Loudon , Lady there didn't know how to do it, she had to call someone, online it said $340, I was charged $382.51, the truck was below half a tank, and inside was not clean. The pictures I took can verify the gas, and the inside if cargo space.Tia H.

I wish there were not so much water inside the cargo area after I've arrived, it ruined several cardboard boxes. It was my first time renting your truck and sincerely did not expect this to happen. I read your disclaimer saying it is water "resistant and not waterproof " but this is absurd. It would only take a tube of silicone to seal a few spots.Marcus C.

Lady tried to take a picture of credit cards. That's illegal. Luckily she didn't get ours!! Also truck was extremely dirty. Disgusting and smelled like funk. Ants and mud in the back of the truck. Huge dent on the truck. Lady was rude and over charged us. Still waiting for uhaul to actually call me about the refund considering they MOVED the truck location and then didn't honor the discount for reserving the truck. Changed the reservation to 11:45pm when it was supposed to be at 12:00pm. Horrible experience. Absolutely will not use again nor recommend.Herbert A.
They could not take off the trailer for my car ( only a lady who also was the cook and chashier). She sent us to another location and they were worst. This location was a liquor store and they could not even tell us how to unlock the car so we could drive it off. The man there was rude and slammed the door in our face saying it was not his job. After we called a friend to get the car off and trailer free from the truck. Then he said he wouldn't take it. So it was re-attached to the truck and we went back to the place that sent us. Rented it in stop and shop in loudon TN. Was charged $78 after using 5hours only ! Lady who took the key from us at check in was rude! The truck work fine but price was ridiculous and lady was rude when check in at 7 pm.Agnes D.
When I went to pick up the vehicle I had to help get the moving pads for me after they give you absolutely no paperwork or information to carry with you no email nothing you go to check the vehicle back in the don't know how to read the odometer so I'll be checked the next day it's a bunch of BS I disagree with the Billy I disagree with location will never use it again and as far as your movers I never use them again they smelled might like marijuana and appreciate somebody showing up on my job high as a kiteWayne T.

The floorboard in the cab was muddy on both sides. The cargo area was not swept.GARY M.
Lock was jammed initially, which cost us about half an hour. And there was no key drop off box that I could find. I looked around in 27Â°F weather for another half hour trying to find it at 3 am in the morning. Place it somewhere obvious. Also, there was no Dolly available at all, which was a little inconvenient, but we were able to borrow one from a family member thankfully. I will say the field manager was helpful, he was able to get the lock off like easily, and there was no fuss to get Dolly charges removed. They also did not charge us for fuel, which brought the cost down significantly. Not everything went badly, but I probably would not rent from this specific location again.Megan S.

We had to attach trailer ourselves on pickup, no guidance from employee. A picture was taken of drivers license and credit card, a contract was not created at time of rental. I was not asked if I wanted insurance on the trailer, nor was I asked to sign anything. When I returned the trailer, I was given a hand written note on a receipt from the employee, after my insistence I have something showing what time and date I returned the equipment. Employee did not assist with detaching trailer, I had to back it in and detach in my own. Being an older woman with significant cervical spine degradation, this was extremely difficult for me. I would say this was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received however, there was NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED. If you can avoid this location, do so.Helaina F.
3rd truck I got in was ok but had less than half tank of gas. Cone to find out on return end it was entered as over half. First two trucks were filthy and empty and girl working counter was to busy making breakfast to help me out. Had to keep going in and out and finding my own keys to get a decent truck. She was very nice but at one point just gave me the number of someone named Mike to call about the trucks and he never returned any of my 3 attempts. I was supposed to pick up in Farragut, but instead had to drive 30 minutes away and 45 minutes back home. I was given no warning that the truck wasn't at the store. Pickup location was not clean and did not have all of the blankets that I paid for. Blankets were very dirty. There was a small crack in the windshield, but I couldn't get ahold of anyone to report it. Always a 30-40 minute hold time on the phone.Matthew L.
Many of the rental places in the area are ma & pa store/gas stations with maybe only one person running the place. Maybe you should add a note stating if you are unable to lift the trailer onto the vehicle ball then they need to bring someone with them who can.Michael K.

The rental location was easy to get to and staff on site where friendly. Had to finish the rental paperwork over the phone but wasn't too inconvenient. Dropping it off after hours was more challenging. I tried using the app which was absolutely worthless. Despite the fact that I set up the rental through it, it had no record of the rental and thus I couldn't check it in. Tried the customer service number but was on hold for 10 or 15 minutes. Tried the website but the password O set up the day before didn't work. I finally found a link in my email that I could wade though and get it checked in. That was frustrating. I'll be reviewing the app unfavorably. It needs a complete redo. I would suggest more testing before you release it. Have ordinary people test it and then actually listen to their feedback.Michael B.
