11 days on lot and I had to go and point it out. He said the orange return key box was not where keys and contact are returned. Duh! It clearly says to drop keys and contract in orange box. I like u haul but in this case u can't fix stupid. He finally found key to orange box and before I could drive 3 miles home he had billed me for exceeding milage. Talk about chasing the dollar down he was quick to act on my credit card. Which I don't mind paying.its the email I got looking for the rental that I returned 11days ago that irked me

Fire the useless guy who refused to provide any information or insight in regards to which truck was reserved for me to pick up. He didn’t know anything about U-Haul or where the keys were, and when I showed him my confirmation for self check in, he yelled at me because the confirmation didn’t specify where the keys were. I literally had to guess which truck to take because he didn’t want to be involved with U-Haul services that his store provides.

The customer service level was terrible. I chose not to haul the equipment to the initial destination due to the condition of the truck. I did not feel safe driving the unit for the length of haul. I will NEVER utilize U-Haul's service again. I dropped the U-Haul at the same location I picked it up from.

I booked online. My only issue. I I led on the check to not have safe move. Your site has that checked automatically. When I picked up the truck, I paid and didn’t realize until about an hour later I had been charged for the safe move for $42.00. I called uhaul to be told that I had 30 minutes to get that reversed.. in my opinion that is not good customer service. While I’m happy with the overall process to me the check for save move is bad profit if you can’t get this corrected only 30 min after you pick up truck. It’s not like I made the move and called. Thank you.
