Joann BThe store owner was 25 mins late and stated it was because he was out drinking late. The Dolly I requested was not available to too it out my card was charged more than once thank God my card was locked.
MISTIE Woriginal pickup date was 1/1/2023 @10:00 am store not open no one there. call uhaul help line. They tried to contact store. Were unable to reach them. They rescheduled the rental for 1/2/2023 @ 9:00. Store didnt open till about 9:00 so I had to wait. When I returned the rental and received the receipt it showed a safe trip charge of $14.00 which I did not sign up for. I took a 20 minute phone call for a "Manager" to approve the refund which I would have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get. This is the 2nd time in 2 years Uhaul tried to nick me for services I didn't sign up for. I will never use Uhaul again. You guys are the Wells Fargo of the truck rental industry. Please forward this to the CEO and ask that I am requesting a call from them. Mark Danowski 248 342 9160

Lacrecia DI was sent to 3 different locations, made several phone calls, and had to throw a fit multiple times in order tog eat help with a reservation I made weeks in advance. I had a terrible time getting my reservation fixed, and certainly didn't have it done on time.
