Size. I wanted unavaiable so i had to ge smaller so mileage charge very expensize. Couldnt get bigger bc of clearance problems

The service was very poor. Since the store is shared with a Smoke Shop there was a long wait while other customers made purchases. Teh employee did not communicate anything about waiting or following him to the truck. There was almost no communication about driving the truck, what to do on the app as far as pictures, etc.
ANDREA KThe customer service representative had a lot of trouble logging into his computer to get transaction completed (I was there over an hour). Then he didn't have the dolly or furniture pads available. So had to go to another location to get them. This was a major delay in getting the day started. I hope they can improve in their future.
WILLIAM CThe place was a smoke shop and the area was sketchy. The sales person was not helpful at all. When we returned to truck they tried to charge us double the miles. I had to call customer service to get the issue resolved. Do not rent from this location. Horrible location and service.
EDUARDO TThe place was clean but it's a smoke shop so I didn't feel comfortable there. Also, the person who assisted me kept getting the mileage wrong causing it to be a longer than usual process. When everything was done, he added an additional 20 miles charging me more than what he was supposed to. He did give me the refund but it was a bad experience for me using this return location.

Jules AThere were 19 miles until empty on the fuel. The shop took a while to figure out what it was doing. I had my children with me and the shop was in a dangerous neighborhood. The fact that I had to take my kids to a smoke shop to pick up a U-Haul was angering.
Christa PThe only thing that I can say is I drove a total of 6 miles and was charged 3 gallons of gas. This was stretching it a little too far. Also it would help if U-Haul recognized seniors and veterans.
carlos mThey tried giving me a truck with a flat tire and then charged me $50 more because I had to get a bigger truck since they didn't have the size I requested. Also dirt inside cab of truck and cargo area.

carls gI did not get any paperwork from them, the truck has no gas in it, it was below half of the quarter of the tank, when I return it back the guy tells me it was at least a quarter of a tank, guess what, I toke picture of the gas level, then he goes oh it's our computer mistake.

Angel WThe representative was nice, but inexperienced. He knew how to load the trailer to the ball hitch, but not how to properly apply chains to vehicle. I had to remove and correct application of chains prior to leaving the lot. Also, when I asked if all lights (trailer, brake, and emergency) were working he said yes and sent me and my family on our way. Later that day, when the night came. My wife and I noticed that none of the lights on the trailer were operational. To include the brake lights and emergency lights. Which was very dangerous and made for a nerve wrecking drive back to the pick up location. My drop off day and time was scheduled for the next day but I did not want to wait til then while driving that trailer. I informed the representative (same one) of the lights and he didn't seem to care and went back inside after showing me where to drop off trailer. That trailer needs attention before sending out with another ill informed renter.
Antonio QI actually booked at a corporate location and was sent to an independent location. Rep wasn't helpful with return information, as I requested to return the vehicle at 8:30, but he said they closed at 7:30. When I asked what I was supposed to do, he shrugged and said "I just work here". The truck itself wasn't cleaned and had 1/8 tank of gas. This could have been so much better

YVONNE LHaving a U-Haul rental location in a Vaping/Paraphernalia Store is very unusual. Having been a police officer in this city, this location is in a shady area. I had completed all the online registering, so when it came time to pick up the truck, the clerk could easily complete the transaction. The truck was in mediocre condition, but it barely had any gas. The gas gauge registered slightly above the "E" position. While my commute was just around 30 total miles, the first thing I had to do was put $20 worth of gas in it so I could complete my trip. I vacuumed the truck's interior before I brought it back because there was some residue on the floors. Most people would not have done that, but I like clean vehicles.

Ada SWe got the rental with no gas - we drove only 10 miles he made us pay $30 in gas I would have been fine with $18 or something and I rented the 29.99 one and got charged $58. Plus $30 gas . Unbelievable

Ronda HEmployee at the facility had never rented a U-Haul before so I had to help him through the process. When we got to the trailer I rented he didn't know how to hook it up so I did, even after paying the $5.99 for the "safe" service. After connecting the trailer I couldn't get one of the brake lights to work. I had to proceed given time commitments. Would not have gone to this facility except for the availability of the trailer. U-Haul can do better than this.
