This place was sketchy. It was not clean or inviting. When we arrived, we were told to call a number which has been hand written on a piece of paper. No one answered. Shortly after, someone showed up. They never got out of their car. Two other gentlemen did hook up our hitch and help us get the trailer on; that was very nice. There was a rusted hole in the ceiling of our covered trailer. We put duck tape over it to try and stop any moisture from getting in the trailer. We hit some bad rain and found a few of our boxes wet.Nicole J.

As stated in my previous review. Originally I was supposed to pick up a 26ft truck at Tolars Feed and my location was changed to Stewarts Tire Shop. I had to travel 30 miles from Tolars Feed to Stewarts Tire shop only to find out they did not have a 26ft truck that the customer service agent confirmed they did have. After several phone calls I had to take the 20ft truck at Stewarts title and go back to pick up a secondary 15ft truck at Tolars Feed so all my things would fit. I had to pay additional monies for the second truck which is very upsetting as I originally rented out a 26ft truck that nobody had.Ramon J.

Be sure your system indicates the correct address for pick-up so you go to the right location. By accident, I stopped at the U Haul location which happened to have my reservation. The gentlemen who assisted me at the location of the truck was most helpful for which I was thankful.Karen Ball F.
Do what you say you are going to do. Return calls as promised. Be there when you say you are going to be there for a pickup. Regarding truck maintenance The truck wheels vibrated so bad it distorted the view in the mirror on the left side that you could not tell if there was one car or 100 behind you with lights on. When attempting to maintain speed on grade and transmission downshifted motor began to backfire rapidly and lose speed.David C.

This drop off location is a very poor representation of the reputation expected from U-Haul. The hours posted for operation were NOT correct and multiple phone numbers were listed on the side of the building/door for contact. No answer at any of the numbers but we could leave a message or send a text. I called several times, sent text, and no reply. Once we did get a call back, I was asked if I could take it to a different location as he was too busy with personal business. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at this shop whatsoever. The truck was checked in three days AFTER drop off. I will NEVER use this drop off location again.evon W.

My pickup time was 9:00 am. It had been rainy all morning and the business was closed; no one was at the location. I was able to call the owner who came as soon as possible. Mr. Stewart was very apologetic and gracious, but I wasn't able to drive away until 10:30 am.Lawrence G.
There where a number of miss-steps. I made a request online and was not informed that the truck was not available at that location. and, that location is closed on Saturday. The alternate location was not informed of the change. He found my name and paperwork and got me on the rode. My rental was for one day only and the paperwork acted like it was going to be 3 days. No one told me about how to check the truck in till after I did it the past system which I had no paperwork for because none was generated.Floyd F.
Had to wait nearly 45 min to pick up the truck when told we could pick it up at 10. Then we did everything over the phone never came in contact with anyone that knew about the trucks. Got the price and it was nearly double what we were told originally. Finally got in fixed then got the keys from someone working there. Never saw the person who was in charge of the uhual. Didn't recieve and paperwork stating starting mileage starting gas level. Nothing. No stickers to put in spots that were messed up previously or anything. Litteraly the worse moving experience I have had. Would rather by $2,000 for movers next time than go through this mess again.Destinee M.

The transaction for the pick-up occurred over the phone, seemed as though the actual location did not have Internet. The experience and customer service was great, made a connection with the representative, just would like to have had more of in-person experience.Jon C.
