Susan GYou cannot see uhaul trucks from the beginning of the storage units. Emphasize need to go to the end of the storage units.
Maria SDO NOT EVER USE THEIR ONLINE SCHEDULING OR PICK UP. EVER. Call the Uhaul dealer direct. The website and the app are not intuitive. It caused me countless problems and put me way behind schedule. Then they tried to charge me extra. Oh, and I had to pay extra for basic insurance, which is scammy. They never did that the dozen times Ive rented in the past. Call the dealer. Do not rent a Uhaul digitally. Every experience Ive had with Uhaul has been great before this one. Call the dealer.
john rThis is my closest location so have used it a few times. The layout is a little challenging and it is a remote drop off with no staff typically located there. I had a question and left a message and they returned my call the same day.

Nancy FWe were provided with an unsafe uhaul whose breaks and steering wheel went out on the highway in rural Kentucky. The breaks stopped working while driving on the highway, and the steering wheel locked up. After messaging with uhaul about 2 gay men feeling uncomfortable about safety, as we were broken down in a gas station with swastika's carved into the walls, no action was taken and we had to work with local law enforcement to ensure our safety. I've requested a full refund for uhaul nearly killing us with providing us with an unsafe vehicle without a proper functioning power steering pump that would have been avoided if there was a proper inspection, and then uhaul leaving us stranded for hours without resolution.

Jeremy BThe TD trailer had a failed light and appears to have a wiring issue (wiring colors switches along trailer to tail light. Location offer to swap to available to full trailer to allow me to continue my rental. Appreciated the upgrade due to inconvenience of TD failure.
ALEXANDER LI was texted to return the truck EARLY, which I did not, and could not find where to return the key. The man running this location wanted me to return the truck after midnight after driving 5 hours and unpacking at 10:30PM. It was not professional.

Gordon WI drove 84 miles out of my way to pick up the truck that was not clean. Then I was charged extra mileage. Was inconvenient. The extra 1.5 hours to pick up a truck that was so loud to drive you could not have a conversation was over the top.

MARK VThis location was great for drop off. It is very tight as of right now to get a 26' and an AT back the narrow road and parking area. He is working on that and has several truck loads of gravel that he is putting down as quickly as possible as weather permits.
CHRISTINA MU Haul called me 24 hours prior to pick up to change my location which was much further away for me. I spoke with the owner of this location and he wOrked with my schedule and opened up after hours so I could pick it up a day early. He was very professional and I would recommend him to family and friends.

Melissa WThere was no one there to turn the truck into, location was supposed to be open till 7pm. Left truck parked. No instructions on where to leave the keys. Called and left voicemail. Got call next morning saying if I didn't bring the keys right then and there they would charge me another day for the uhual. I'll NEVER use uhaul again. I tried calling customer service and asked to speak with a manager and I got hung up on. But y'all sure did charge my credit card over $380....
Rickey AI rented a tow dolly. One of the ratchets was rusty and would not work properly. Further, the strap on that ratchet was frayed and nearly impossible to thread through the ratchet mechanism. Since there was only one available in the town of Bedford, I took it.

BENJAMIN WSteve is the owner of Steve's Self Storage, as well as the local U-Haul dealer. He helped me secure two garage space storage units to temporarily put my excess property in. What a life-saver! Steve is building more storage units for his customers and has a special offer for his customers. Great personal service from the owner! You can't ask for anything better!

JUANITA CThe renting experience with uhaul was one I hope I never have to experience again. I booked my location online with uhaul.com, I called the location on my way there to verify that it would be there since we were coming from an hour away, the business informed me they did not have my uhaul and we're not expected to get it and I would need to call uhaul. I called uhaul only to find out that I would have to drive 40 min out of my way to pick up a truck. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice, the uhaul location was great, when we got the uhaul the back had cigarette buts in it, dirt on the floor and trash inside it. I was given extra milage for having to drive out of my way but I still had to pay the same amount for the truck and go a total of 80 min out of the way. I hope to never have to deal with uhaul again.
