It was snowing hard when I picked the trailer up and they happily went out into the weather to help me get the trailer on the hitch and ensure a safe connection. I returned the trailer the night before I expected, and they had it all checked in before I got a chance to call the next morning. Friendly service a great experience.

chris brownThe truck was a very old one, the location was okay, and the staff was great. Very helpful. The issue was the U-haul app was not working correctly for auto check-in. The Repair Shop had the same issues uploading the id photo. After many tries, 30min, it finally worked.

ANDREW JACKSONI made the reservation under my name, but because I indicated that a relative would be the main driver, this caused the reservation to be under her name instead of mine. At no point in your online booking service does it warn you that this will be the case. It took nearly 3 hours of both her and I calling UHaul customer service repeatedly to get the reservation put in my name to allow me to utilitize the online 24/7 pick up. We both had to call about 3 times. This is not an issue that should have taken hours to resolve. The reservation was attached to my phone number, my email address, AND my credit card, and yet UHaul representatives said that the reservation belonged to her and that I could not edit the reservation. Absolutely ridiculous. THEN on the day I was to return the rental, I called again to ask for the time to be extended because I was worried that I wouldn't be able to return it on time. The person I spoke to said (Nathan was his name) not to worry about it, that he would extend it by a few hours for me. Well, he failed to make any note of this conversation or what he told me on the reservation and he did not inform the location I was returning the truck to of this conversation either. So an hour after my original return time, I get a call and text messages saying I will be fined for not returning the equipment on time. This entire experience was unnecessarily stressful during an already stressful time in my life. I will never be using UHaul again and I will warn everyone I know not to utilize this service either. At no point was I offered any discount for the time I had to spend resolving these issues when a UHaul representative failed to resolve them for me. Multiple times both I and the aforementioned relative were given inaccurate information from UHaul representatives. 0/10 is how I rate this experience overall. The only individual that ended up being even slightly helpful was the representative from the return location who allowed me to pay for an additional day rather than being fined due to your representatives' incompetence and she is not even a UHaul employee.
Sarah WilkinThe facility should have the vehicle warmed and cleaned off when they know it’s being rented out and a client coming there at any time. The establishment expected the customer to do all the starting the vehicle and cleaning it off when it’s full of snow and ice on the whole windshield and wiper blades also frozen to the windshield. Will never recommend this location and never do any type of uhaul transaction there ever again. Not helpful and not at all professional. The only positive was it did handle the road exceptionally.

The ride was the roughest and noisest it sounded like it was falling apart,you couldn't hear anything that anyone saying, the brakes had to be pumped for pressure.I had my grandson and his friend with me and I was concerned that we may not make it back. This was the worst truck I ever got from U Haul. A very dissatisfied customer

I had to wait for the truck to be swept and for a dolly to be put in the truck. The location was really far away from the location I chose to pick up from! Very unhappy with the overall experience!!!
Denise StrunkBilled me $18.02 for extra miles??? I’m not able to find that in my contract. However, it would have been nice if I’d receive a call from Barron’s to inform me of these charges. It seems U-Haul service is really going downhill. I probably won’t use your services again.

BRANDY ALICE CONNThe auto check out process was clunky. It wanted to confirm my identity with another method after already getting my photo and scanning my drivers license. It asked for silly things like an additional phone number or a passport or something related to my employer. I was with a friend, so I gave it his number (which proves nothing to anyone) and it called him, said my name and hung up. But the process was stuck and didn't proceed. Fortunately, the on site staff were friendly and helpful and sorted it out. Drop off was a little confusing because they had a box to drop off rental keys by the front door. I looked around a bit because the instructions said "Box 2" and found another set of drop off boxes around the corner that actually had the UHaul name on it. I bet many people make the mistake and put the key in the other box without ever seeing the Uhaul box.

Richard HilderleyAgain the paperwork I received told me to call ahead before dropping the truck off at there facility. I did that then dropped it off and after 1 day I got a notice on my phone to go thru the automated drop off or for more money they would do the manual check in. I call the Barron drop off location and the nice people there took care of it for me. Thanks Again!!

PLUS THE LADY ON THE HELP LINE WAS RUDE RUDE RUDE AND TOTALLY OF NO HELP AND DID NOT CARE. I WAS TO PICK UP TRUCK 7AM COULD NOT GET TILL OWNWER CAME IN AND HELPED SLOVE THE ISSUE.
