I was expecting a dolly to be provided in the rental, not sure if it was an additional charge for it or it was just missing since there was a place for it in the back. This made it difficult because we had very heavy furniture. Thankfully my neighbor had one for us to use. I rented the truck on Sunday so there wasn't a way for me contact anyone about it since the office was closed.Victoria A.

Dolly was not included, was not provided with a new one, i already spoke to customer service and was told it would be refunded and has not been. I was also charged $96 on my card instead of the $72 i was charged on the invoice. Overall terrible experience and will not be using uhual again in the future.Joshua R.

We rented an appliance dolly but the bottom was bent and we could not use it to move appliances because they could not be mounted to the dolly without being off balance and causing damage. We would have liked working equipment since we paid for its use.JAMES ARNOLD S.

The vehicle was good and clean and was what we needed but what made it exceptional was Sheryl from Sterling Storage Tezel Rd). She was a lifesaver in a time of great stress. She waited for us after hours on a Sunday in our desperate search to find a facility after 6 pm. i was charged 125.00 without a contract being signed... they gave me the run around.. i never gave anyone authorization to deduct any funds... will never use this service again.. Have a friend here that uses uhaul 3 times a week... that will now be going with budget.. Not only was it fraud on my account... they told me i had to wait 7 days for a refundkimberly U.

I'd like to say that the woman who helped me was all about helping and I enjoyed the experience with her. The reason I gave it 1 star was because I was charged twice erroneously. As I currently see it on my credit card for uhaul charges is: 1 - 47.77 2 - 98.88 3 - 64.14 Totaling about 200 dollars when my receipt for the entire rental is 111.91. I will be calling the rental location to see what's going on but I am pretty furious at the moment.michael J.

The lady there was so amazing and down-to-earth the energy from this place was just uplifting. We told her that we are from out of town and she made us feel very welcome and right at home. I can't stop saying enough good things about this place I would highly recommend this place to everyone!JOE G.
This place will nickel and dime you. I called to extend the time on the UHaul and I got charged a ton. i was told I should have called the 1-800 number instead of the local number and they would have given me a better rate. Totally ridiculous. You are better off visiting another location.Angela A.

My location was changed without someone notifying me. I showed up to location I selected online, and they sent me across town to another location where also did not do trailers, so I hooked up the trailer by myself. A phone call that my location had changed would have made it a lot easier.Cardo O.

I picked up a 17' foot truck and was charged for a 20' truck......That was not a good experience and I definitely plan on following up ...Unless a refund for the difference can be given back to me.....I feel as if though Uhaul stole from me .Philip G.

I was sent to this location after the first location did not have the rental truck available. I was not given any advanced notice that the truck was not available until I showed up at the first location. U-haul is supposed to have a guarantee that if your rental vehicle is not available, they will reimburse you $50. I called their national office 6 times, and every time I got the runaround. Their own customer service center did not know what to do with our claim. They just said a manager would call back after lunch....I'm still waiting after 2 days. To rent the other truck, I had to drive out of my way, drive the truck farther which meant extra miles on the rental, and I had to pay the movers an extra hour because of the delay. If U-haul promises that the truck will be ready, they should honor it, or pay what they promised. I'm sure if I would have canceled at the last minute, they would be quick to charge ME $50! Get your act together U-haul and provide real customer service!Angel C.

The overall experience was negative in that I had originally ordered a 26" foot trailer and two weeks in advance and there was no truck available. The dispatch did not call me to tell me where to pick up truck I had to call them only to find out that there was only a 20" available. The dispatch was rude and was unprofessional.Doris G.

Make the dealer check in before the time of the customer's checkout to receive the truck. Timeliness is essential !DANIEL J.
Returned truck ahead of schedule; but, within hours of operation only to be greeted by an "out to lunch" sign posted in the door window. After waiting 30 plus mins. I left both key and contract inside the drop box. Over an hour later I receive a phone call; due to me leaving a message, stating that my rental was accepted but I had parked my rental in the wrong location. If the proprietor has designated return parking than she should at least post a sign stated such or try being at the location. I have little to no interest in being "informed" that I didn't park in a "proper" location by management that finds it important to have 2 hour lunch breaks.KEITH L.

Take time to make sure to clean wipe and deodorize the truck cab. The ramp on our 26ft was notably short for the truck size and obviously the wrong ranp. I returned the truck with more fuel then it had at receipt time yet was stil Charged $12 in Fuel showing gage to be Below start Level. The mothers attic was a loss of needed sf. The gas level wasn't where the clerk told me and she just marked the images herself. I redid them with her there. I took her word in gas and should have not because it was only a 1\4th of a tank instead of half. I'd use this location again as its convenient and the lady is very nice. However I'll check my own equipment next time.CINDY K.
