Stephen's was great. But my overall UHaul experience was terrible. The truck I had reserved was gone when I arrived and had to wait for well over an hour. I was rescheduled for another truck - longer - at a different facility for which I needed to book a Lyft ride to get there. Fortunately, the manager at Stephen's arrived before the Lyft and I was able to rebook a 20 foot truck.Mark B.

The site was great! Your UHaul online checkout stinks! We spent over an hour trying to gain access and your help desk could not get it either. Had to go home and come back when the store opened to get in person help! Fix the online checkout or get rid of it!!!Garrett K.

The truck was parked on an incline, and I was charged for extra gas. I filled it back to half way, which was more than when I received the truck, but it showed low because of the incline in the lot where it was parked. I got charged for 2 extra gallons that I shouldn't have.Michael R.

There were not clear instructions for how to get inside the gate after hours. I needed to call U-haul twice to make the drop-off. The customer service team was AMAZING when I called (5 stars) but the process itself felt stressful. And, the number on the gate to call for help was not answered. Without U-Haul's customer service team, I would have been stranded.ZACHARY C.

This location charged me twice, plus the dolly protective snap was broken when I picked up the truck. Someone was made aware of it when I picked up the truck, but they tried to charge me for that as well when I returned it. At least there was a nearby gas station to add gas to the truck!Vanessa H.

Got over charged for gas even though I put the same amount in that I usedâ€¦ and got charged $76 for it! Are you kidding?? Also talked to the transportation people of UHAUL multiple times because my order got all mixed up. I was supposed to pick up at one location and drop off at another by my house. They changed it and made me drop it off at the original location I picked it up from which was about 40 miles away! There's another $50 I shouldn't have had to pay! And the icing on the cake is I talked to someone from UHAUL and they said I can bring it back after hours and not get charged. I took his word for it and brought it back an hour late. And once again got charged for it. An absolute train wreck of an experience!Ryan H.

Nicodemus was professional and courteous. He quickly confirmed the details of the order, organized the items that I rented, and answered questions I had. Our truck was supposed to be ready at 830 it was not. Even waiting the 30 minutes put our whole moving schedule off. We should have had time to drop some things off at the dump before they closed and we didn't now costing us a lot of money to remove them via a service.Ryan C.

Pick up instructions were incomplete. Had to call multiple times to get code for gate entrance, lock on the truck. Took an additional hour to get information. Had to call again to figure out what to do with the lock for the back of the truck, only to realize at drop off a lock would also be needed.MIchael W.

The store was 20 minutes late to open on my pickup day. A really nice guy helped me out and apologized, but when you are on a strict moving schedule, you need to open on time. Also, my bill has changed three times from my bank account. $92, then $84 and now back to $92 - not sure why this has happened. Otherwise, a good experience, again, the employee, I believe his name was Mike, was very helpful.Daniel S.

truck was not ready when scheduled for pick up. "owner" had to come to location after I had called after having waited for him to get there. He then had to clean the truck after I made a comment that the truck bed was extremely dirty and then he wiped down the steering wheel. I was then a 1/2 behind on my schedule since he didn't have the truck ready for me to pick up at 9:00Margaret J.

This is the 2nd time I have used this location and have been more than pleased both times. The people I have dealt with have gone out of their way to be helpful and courteous during the stressful time of moving. They made sure the truck was there for me to pick up at the location when it had been out for repairs and had been delivered to a different location that was further away from where I was. The way the lot is set up, it is impossible to try and back the truck into a narrow space between 2 other uhaul trucks when there are cars parked in any of the 2 guest parking spots in the lot.Valerie M.
