When I rented the uhaul, we drove out of town to pick up our stuff for the move, turned out there was a lock on the uhaul they gave us . Delayed our move for 3 hours because we had to drive back to the store and exchange the uhaul truck because petro can had the uhaul filled with stock for their store. On top of that our uhaul was filthy and covered with hay . Terrible over all experience.Alexander C.

The worst customer service from the manager, when I was asking questions, he could not answer , he started raising his voice at me . I bet he wouldn't have tried that with a man, and he may think twice before he does it to a woman again. You do not disrespect woman in this country and get away with it. I returned my unit within 7 hours of pick up and did not receive a refund for the extra day that I booked. Also, UHAUL changed the drop off location and it was 30 minutes away from my ideal drop off location.Pamela M.
Well, when renting online and then going to pick up and they can't find keys to the size you ask for. Then asking if they give you a bigger then what you ask for same price but charged you more then what you payed for what you rented in the first place. Then when returning the rental and the clerk calculated and was cheaper as used less KM but never changed the price and charged me the full price is not acceptable. 2 days later and no change was done on my credit card, paid $309 and was supposed to be $239 will be going to see this place on why it wasn't changed. Second I seen in your policy if they don't have what I ask fir a $50 refund would be done and they said I had to contact U-Haul to be refunded. I will never go to this place again for rentalsâ€¦Daniel L.

I will never use this location again, and have told more than 20 individuals about my poor experience at this location. Petro Can Stellarton should NOT BE ALLOWED to be a UHaul location any longer. 1 employee. 1 employee is trained on UHaul reservations and returns. She is also expected to do all of her typical cashier duties at the same time. It took 45 minutes just to RETURN THE KEY for my rental - there is NO OUTSIDE RETURN BOX AND NO OTHER EMPLOYEE WOULD TAKE THE KEY. I have rented UHauls countless times in the past. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my entire life. I had to lose my temper before someone would take the key back for the truck which I had already finished with, filled with gas, and parked. None of which was their business to 'double check' (which is why it took so long) - none of these minimum wage children working as cashiers understood that a credit card goes on file so I can walk away and still pay for my rental. Never. I will never rent a UHaul from this location. And I will never rent a UHaul period if you leave them in this location. They also have no where to park your trucks without having to drive them over an 8 inch tall curb. DO BETTER OR JUST STOP. YOUR COMPANY USED TO AT LEAST PRETEND TO CARE ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS. Well below acceptable standards. Took over an hour to rent a truck AND it was a previously secured reservation. Arrived to pick up truck and manager decided to train an employee how to do it. We only had so much time to use the truck for our rental and the booking took 70 minutes. Never should anyone have to wait that long. You must not train staff when it affects the customers waiting in front of you. customer service is key and at this location it was brutal. If there was somewhere else to rent ASAP we would have been long gone, and we will certainly think twice about using u haul again. Extremely frustrating and disappointinggordie S.

Staff did not know how to do the paperwork for the rentals. They also had trouble doing the paperwork for the man infront of me. I was there in time for my reservation which was at 8 am. I got In The uhaul truck at 9:11. When I returned the vehicle That afternoon it was also a long process. In my opinion it was due to the staff not knowing what/how to do the process.TERRI LEE M.
