Really dirty. Staff couldn't be bothered to help with the drop off.

Instead of refunding us our $60 the guy tried to make us pay an extra 60 instead until we began to call the place we rented the trailer from, then he came outside with the $60 refund stating must have been a computer issue when before he said he already closed it out so he was unable to show where we owed 60 instead of us actually being refunded. Wouldnt recommend this location to anyone. They will try to RIP you off.

The staff didn’t know how to use the computer and one lady did call u haul to help her process my stuff. If it wasn’t for her I might not been able to get my u haul rental. Other then that, everyone was very friendly and respectful.

They are in the middle of transition to a new person learning the ropes with uhaul. When they get that together and get some more trucks in there, it will be a great place to work with. I very much appreciate the hard work of the man on the phone who did the procedure for us as a last minute walk in with needs and the young man who had a lot on his plate that day but made sure not to brush us off because he didn't know how to manage the paperwork.

make sure that they notify you of a change in hours open and answer their phone or at least leave a message. They lied to me and said they had a family emergency and then turned around and said they went to a wedding. Just poor business.

I dropped my unit off a day early. The gentleman helped me back up the trailer, unhooked it , checked it. Since it was a day early he couldn't check it in, but he did check it in the next morning, called me and let men know it was taken care of .. What a great place!

Learn how to do your job. My uhaul location was changed 4 times without my permission. The dealer had NO CLUE what he was doing. The 24/7 online uhaul rental was a JOKE. I could go on and on. I was given NO paperwork.

When someone reserves a truck, have a truck at the location requested. This is the 3rd time I have used U-Haul and every time, the requested pickup location did not have the equipment. Worse, I was not notified of the location change until less than 12 hours prior to the reserved time. This isn't criticism of the location, but rather the corporate process. I will look elsewhere next time before reserving with U-Haul.

Was charged for a 48 hour rental when I only had the truck for 7 hours. Billed for extra gas, when I made sure I put more fuel in the truck then what I was given. Total cost of 7 hour rental? $211.59. Don't use these guys, get one from a reputable uhaul dealer in Florence or Carrollton.

I was listed as self pick up. The website could not pick up my location. All my settings were correct. I waited an hour for the store to open. The reservation had been altered by uhaul 3 times and still was incorrect. The attendant reloaded my info. The attendant complained they needed more training to service customers.

The trailer was turned in on time. I was charged an extra day because the paperwork was not submitted when I turned it in. The agent checked the box that it was turned in on time, but the system still charged me an extra day. Customer service in AZ said it will take at least THREE DAYS to hear a resolution from 'management'. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!! This was NOT the agents fault in Warsaw, KY! It is U-Haul's issue!

The only issue I had, was their internet was down. So this caused me to have to drive 15 miles toward the next closest location. For the CS Rep to tell me I could turn around, because they could do the reservation on the phone, and then the agent could call in to dispatch the truck. This caused a major hassle, and running back and forth at an all ready tiring and stressful time of moving.
