The Location is not my issue I have had for 6 days as of today. This is my third rental this year. My problems with Uhaul started from the Beginning No trucks available in my location of Muncie,IN Someone finally contacted me Friday evening I needed to pick up in Noblesville I was given the wrong truck needed to go back Waited additional hour to get the correct truck My original order had been modified so I lost my credit Keep in mind I’m still tolerant of all theses issues at this point I’m thinking uhaul will rectify these things on Monday Not the case I call customer service The agent sends my issue to the wrong person I was told someone would contact me in 72 hours Did not happen I called today Explained my complaint I was told I would be contacted by a manager Well because it’s Friday No phone call came In the meantime I received a credit than another charge 6 days later for my rental truck As a consumer I am frustrated as I think you would be if this happened to any of you My question is are you going to honor the original agreement Will I receive a phone call from anyone in leadership that appreciates my business? A very unhappy and frustrated customer. I am still hopeful Uhaul will do the right thing

They didn't have enough items that we ordered, but they didn't put the correct information in the system and we got charged, even though it was corrected after some drama.

I ordered rental from Kokomo, was approved, but received notification that it was not available and pick up had changed. Reservation should not have gone through if not available. Was told mileage would come off for my inconvenience for having to pick up 50 miles away and 50 miles back. It did not happen. Received a call asking to return early, no price break was offered.

The Property Manager, Amanda Strauser, was very pleasant to deal with all aspects of the rental from making the reservation to returning the truck. She was so kind and courteous.

I ordered blankets & the location did not have any. I had to go & buy new ones at $60.00 to protect my furniture. Not happy!

The online processes is totaly not needed, the truck is there and so is the manager.....why not just rent it from the employee at the storage locker and be done with it !!
