The truck had bad windshield wipers and we were told we'd need to take it to a fleet garage in the neighboring city to have them replaced. We didn't have time for that nor did we want to pay for the extra mileage. Also the truck's air conditioning did not work properly - sadly we were moving on days that had temps in the 110s!

We were not aware when renting this truck that it was not equipped with a pull out ramp. This was exceedingly disappointing as quite a few of our items required a ramp. Things like a washer/dryer and a BBQ. It would probably be prudent to let someone know up front that its not equipped with one. I think this my 9th or 10th Uhaul I've rented and I've never had one that didn't have a ramp.

I made a 9am reservation to pickup the rental truck and arrived at 9:05 to find no one in the office. I had to wait 45 mins for someone return to office to help with rental. Then there was a problem with the information, so that took much longer than expected. I've rented numerous times without any problems. I returned the truck later in the day, again no one there to assist with the return. Never renting there again.....terrible experience at that location. Really thinking about purchasing my own truck so I don't have to deal with the bullshit of waiting for someone who didn't even acknowledge that I had a 9am reservation. Horrible way to do business and very disrespectful to the customer..... never again!!!!

Ms. Monica provided excellent service! The windshield On the pickup was very dirty. The truck is leaking an oily fluid as evidenced by the small puddles it left on the driveway in the two places it was parked.

Our truck rental was given to us without being cleaned. Employee apologized but that is not acceptable, especially during this COVID pandemic where everyone is expected to take extra precautions and businesses are expected to properly clean and disinfect.

There were people there before us who were still using the truck and it took over an hour for us waiting before we even got the truck. We asked the lady at the reception if she could give us a discount because we waited so long she said she would have to call uhaul give us a call back but she never called us and we never received a discount for our wasted time.

Nobody told me about the check in process, and it was a nightmare because I tried to do it from home, once I dropped the trailer off at the store, and nobody was there. I had to go BACK and figure it out on the phone. Not cool!

The equipment was faulty, the safety chain had a broken S hook, the wiring was bad & the screws that held pin that holds the ramps in place were stripped & we dropped the ramp during the trip. When the repairman came out in AZ, he told me that the Foley had a bad wheel as well & would never make the trip to OH. Thankfully he was a U Haul vendor & was able to switch out the dolley for me. I have never had such poor equipment or service from a company.

I rented the 26' for one day. when I tried to bring it back the office was closed and no one told me they were closed on Thursdays when I picked it up. there were no instructions on site on how to return the truck. there was only one phone number on the receipt and when I called the first time the lady said she doesn't handle that and transferred me to a recording saying " Were closed and that we'd be open again on the 26th and have a Merry Christmas" I called again and again was told that they didn't handle that and they'd have to transfer me and I was on hold for 14 min's and no one picked up so I hung up. the uhaul store didn't have a key drop off slot so I put the keys in the "leave receipt slot"

1. Received a call this AM that the dolly and blankets were not in the van when returned but the van was empty when I picked it up. 2. Was told gas meter was just below the 5/8 mark when returned. 3. Was charged 69 cents for 60 miles. I drove at most 40 miles. In the end I should have taken photos but instead of wasting energy with this company arguing over 20 or 30 dollars, I will go with another option next time.

I was provided a truck that was not cleaned and then I was charged a cleaning fee. I spoke to the on-site representative who indicated that they had already submitted the paperwork to uhaul and therefore could not credit me back the money. I called a representative on the uhaul 1800 number who indicated that they would have a representative call me back and a week later I still have not heard from anyone. Please note that I rented twice from this location, all within a weeks time. I have spent money with uhaul on many occasions and I am shocked at the lack of customer support and response

Nothing, the gal (sorry, forgot her name) behind the counter was so helpful. Trying to figure out how we were gonna wrap the tv, etc... Moving day can be hectic, but the truck was clean and ready to go! Very impressed!

Van was great- drove perfect. Checkout and check-in were easy especially ordering from the app. The app worked great and when my normal u-haul location didn't have the vehicle I needed, it easily sent me to another location that was actually more convenient. This is the second u-haul rental in a year and both experiences were very very good. Equipment was top notch and the staff at both rental locations were very good.

I specifically checked that I did not want insurance. When my employee picked this up, he was forced to accept the added cost of insurance. Can't you guys just be honest? Terrible.

The whole experience was great. The only thing that I would love to see in the future is that the vehicles start out with a full tank of gas. It's much easier to refill to a full tank at the end of the rental. Luckily we were able to accurately refill back to 1/2 tank so it didn't affect us but I thought I'd make the suggestion.

The system for the pricing needs some work. I had to call back twice to ask them to adjust pricing due to miscalculations.

The problem with this location and all other locations of uhaul, that when I told the lady that give us the key that the van was fealthy if they can wash it she told me that at uhaul they never wash the van at all, and if you need them to deliver something doors you have to wash it your self, witch I don't think is right
