This location was better than all of the others. The truck was ok But full of old loose blankets I guess from previous person. And I seen no sight of anti bacterial cleaning of the vehicle or any errors or any precautions put in place that showed vehicle had been disinfected or cleaned after previous customer turned in truck and me renting it. I'm very upset with u haul this week has been the worst possible experience ever. Poor communication with all locations and truck rentals which I have already called customer service and informed. Again this liason was better than all the rest but that's still not saying much with how terrible all of rentals have been that I have rented all of this week.AISHA J.

Only issue was that the wind shield had a large crack upon initial rental. Was helped by an employee at the drop off site and wasn't charged for extra time/mileage due to the danger it presented while in use. Great experience over all though.MICAH M.

I already filed a complaint. There was no lock box for after hours pick up, also no instructions stating the keys would be inside the back locked in the truck. It stated lock box in front of the business. The truck tire maintenance light was on when I picked up the truck. Also the employee who I called the next day to return early was rude. I was letting her know what happened and she just sushed me off the phone.RACHEL A.
I had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence when picking up the truck. The truck I received was filthy and damaged. I had to return it, resulting in lost time while they cleaned it.KARLA G.

Ac didnt work, they lost my reservation, and i had to argue to get a truck. I was also never called to confirm, I had to keep calling in. Very poor organization, I was left pretty sad. I reserved a dolly online which they did not give me at pick up. I also was charged mileage when they said i wouldnt. The last time i rented a uhaul this fee wasnt on my receipt. When i asked them to contact another uhaul for an available dolly the employee said â€œi mean, i guessâ€. Will not be coming back to this location.Brittany B.

The location is hard to enter and exit with a truck. The lock on the truck was stuck, it took 20 minutes to open it. The individual who prepped the vehicle for me forgot to add the blankets I requested in my reservation. I had to drive to my house and use personal blankets. I being a customer picked up a filthy truck. The inside and the back. Inside front had a lot of dirt. Had not been cleaned in awhile and with Corona virus you should be ashamed of yourselves. I could of left it the same way but I did not. Also the back was full of crap and dirt and all I needed was to move a little bit of clothes and then I had to clean it even though I didn't dirty it.
