It's the forth time that I am renting from this place. Your software is obviously outdated, the renter is always having difficulty entering the data and it takes way too long to have the trailer! 30 munutes is ridiculous...,
The customer service was poor took me 1 h1/2 to finally get the pPer work up ans runnning , the truck was park behind a truck that they could not found the kees the owner was rude was swearing ....very bad service did not even apologize to mee i can't believe that uhaul has those kind of franchise because it was not pleasant at all

The person who help us was very helpful. He pin the trailer to the truck himself, very apprécierez.
Le commerce ne respecte pas les consignes de protections contre le covid19. Aucun désinfectant pour les mains et distanciation nulle.
Mon camion réservé pour midi pas de camions avant 13 h . Il a pas eu le temps de m appeller Quand j ai retourner le camion il se son trompée la facture de $100. Sa été très long 3 personnes pour servir une qui travaillent 2 qui regarde . Fini pour moi
The service was very poor. The representative refused to give me the invoice. He forced me to sign 100$ every 10 minutes late return, after 5 hours rental. Very bad experience.

Le camion n'était pas propre. En temps normal j'aurais déjà trouvé ça ordinaire, mais en plus dans le contexte actuel je trouve ça inacceptable.

My insatisfaction is because there was a technical system failure which make us lose a lot of time while waiting. The clerk had to bypass my order to go as walk-in without reservation. I hope you fix fast such problem because many customers walked-out because the service was to long!

Had to do 60 extra km to get the truck which was supposed to be a 20" but got a 15". It was reserved for more than a month.
We reserved 3 weeks in advance. 24 hours prior to reservation they change the hour of pick up, the location and the the size of the truck. Day of pick up no blankets when I reserved 12, truck was dirty and gaz was missing. What else can I say then I will no longer use your services and make sure all of my surrounding know about this very bad experience. And by the way a French survey would of been much better.

remove the insurance extra-charge; and inform the customer in advance.
If we do an online reservation, stop re-asking all the same information when we pick-up the vehicle. Also the fees, from the online reservation and on site are not the same. When we do an online reservation we can select "Immediately upon return reimburse U-Haul for damage." instead of "Collision Damage Waiver", but on site they ask for it AFTER the reservation and they say that I should tell before the pick-up... But wait, why I've selected "Immediately upon return reimburse U-Haul for damage" online? Is it before? Yes it's before!! The employee told me he can't do anything about this. So the reason of my bad review & experience.

Le fait que quelqu'un m aie appelé pour me donner un charabia de bêtise pour me dire que je devais rapporter la remorque alors que je l avais non seulement réservé depuis deux jours mais pris possession la veille au soir .Etant donner que je l avais louer la veille à 18:35 , je devais donc la rapporter 24hplus tard à 18:35 le landemain pas à 9:00 du matin le landemain.Il était arrogant et déplaisant,si il c est trompé, y'a pas de problème, il aurait juste du s excuser
Speed up the pick up process. There is only one clerk, also busy with gas pumps. When there are many checks in in the morning, please add a second clerk. Furthermore, some Quebec customers cannot pre-check in in your web site since it is not offered in French. This could speed up the pick up.
Tres bon service, ce n'est pas la premiere fois que je fais une reservation a cet endroit et j'ai toujours eu un service attentionné.
Vérifier la conduite elle est défectueuse.
The clerk was alone and overloaded. He had to run around to answer the customer. He didn't ask me if I wanted the insurance and he billed me for it. The trailer was in good condition.

The clerck asking what i'm picking up cause the truck is new to be careful...? Wtf, is this a rental place or not ? i felt a was asking my mom's car and had to pay for it !!! So even worst!
le camion etait tres salle interieure et le reservoire a essence avait mal rempli par lautre client et jai due debourser 40.00dollard de plus que jaurais du payer
