It was 330 in the afternoon, the website and the door said they are open until 5:30pm No one was there. Waited for 30 minutes someone came back.

When I received the uhaul vehicle, it had a tire pressure light on. I lost half of a day that I paid for while having to wait for a tire replacement. The front right tire had a steady air leak from the valve.
