Kerry JI had rented a dolly with the truck but there wasn't one inside. The man we spoke to at the shop was nice but said there was nothing he could do about it. I had to call customer service and they refunded me the money. Besides that issue, it was easy picking up the truck and everything else went smoothly.

RANDAL HWalk through the vehicle with the renter. After I was leaving the office from getting my final cost amount, the person renting the truck I just returned didn’t know how the back latch worked.

mikhail sSpeed up the rental process, time is money! Showed up to pick up the truck, took 30 minutes from the time we arrived to get the computer part of the rental finished. Then found out the truck needed some maintenance done that they hadn't even started due to what they said was miscommunication on their part. Had three of my employees that I was paying there with me. We left to start some of our work and have lunch due to not knowing how long it would take them to finish the truck. Scheduled to pick up the truck at 11:30 and finally had the truck at 2:30pm. Also the fuel level was incorrectly reported and we could not use the check in app due to the rental starting around 12 noon and we didn't have the truck until 2:30pm. We rent several times a month from Uhaul and this experience made me feel the need to purchase my own truck to avoid problems like this one.

Coleen GOriginal res was for West Dundee, IL (12 miles RT from my home), notified new location was Lakemoor, IL (52 miles RT from home). 40 extra miles @ .99/mile. Lakemoor location was closed when I picked-up and dropped-off which I was advised and not an issue. On-line rental was good, but needed wifi in order for Uhaul to confirm my location. Needed to add location wifi via facebook, then able to complete pickup. Overall good truck and process.
James MMy experience was horrendous! When I arrived at the pick up location, your systems were down, and also could not check me in to the back up system either. After having to call another location to help with finalizing my rental, and after an hour and 20 minutes waiting to finalize things, I was finally on my way. Then, I received 3 calls from your reservation staff over a 3 day period, asking if I was going to cancel the reservation as your system didn’t show I had picked up the trailer. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with picking up equipment either. Totally disappointed and inconvenient.

MICHAEL UHad some issues with my truck's electrical hookup for trailer's brake lights and turn signals. They helped me trace the issue to a fuse on my truck. It was VERY cold outside but they patiently helped determine the problem for me. Thanks

Kevin PSo due to detour of flooding my return late by 2 hours but during open hours same day is charged full 2 days with no warning before or as i checked it back in. Uhaul should be ashamed on a full extra day. Horrible customer service shame on this transaction and this brand
