Better signs to locate office.
James JonesTrying to get my truck was a nightmare just like the last 3 times I rented a u-haul truck. Your website is not user friendly and it took me 30 minutes to get the keys to my truck and when I dropped the truck off, it would let me upload the pictures. I had to call customer service to help me.

To my surprise, he arrived a few moments later and opened shop so he could log in to his account and help me get my equipment squared away. Ron GillisPick up location and customer service were both excellent. By no fault of the owner of the location, UHaul trucks are typically in pretty bad shape. Tires were new, but at 167,000 miles, customers are just usually grateful that it makes it in one piece from point A to point B.
Tom KelchnerThe Uhaul check is difficult to use for after hours check-in. We were unable to complete the purchase and had to request the owner of the location check us in after hours. Upload of pictures did not work due to poor cell service. The information requested should have been requested when the App was originally downloaded and internet was available. Same problem with drop off as upload of pics took way way to long. The APP needs to streamlined and easier to use.

Kerry HiggsThe location of where you drop off the vehicle is confusing. The address given is posted on the gas station, the name given is behind that gas station, and the drop box for the key is in a third location. They are all on the same compound but after dropping the vehicle off at the gas station next to the uHaul sign after searching for the name provided and then finding the key drop box in a different location I was worried I had dropped the vehicle off in the wrong location. A more precise name or guidelines on where to drop the vehicle off would be nice.

Require receiving drop off center to sign paper work acknowledging receipt of unit immediately at time of drop off. This provides customer a immediate release from contract instead of when they get to send out an email sometime later.

TROY RICHARDSOne of the worst experiences of my life. Had to rent the truck via my cell phone, and the internet service at the pick-up location was horrible. Unable to send photos. AND, the UHaul website kept telling me I was in the wrong location. Unable to even check in via the website. Took me 3 hours to finally get the truck, and that was only due to a very nice UHaul rep. over the phone. I would NEVER do a 24/7 pick-up again. You NEED to have someone in person check you in.
