The man or owner was extremely rude the truck was dirty and sticky and smelled bad the transmission was messed up couldn't accelerate the steering was messed up and the truck wouldn't start

This location worked out fine. The whole process was unfortunate because I reserved a truck much closer and I guess the other location overbooked. So I had to pay for the extra mileage to come here, but luckily this location had the truck I needed. They were nice and helpful.

Gerald J.I reserved a furniture dolly, the guy at the shop confirmed I wanted one, but when I arrived to my place with the truck there was no furniture dolly. It made the move a lot longer and more difficult than it should of been. The guy at the shop was rude too. Also the shop said it opened at 9am, which I arrived a few minutes after and he didn't let me in, I was knocking and no one was answering. I was going to leave, then he finally opens the door. I also call Uhaul to tell them about my experience and they did absolutely nothing. Definitely not a pleasant experience

This was my first time I rented a uhaul vehicle and they didn't mention thinks that I have to check before start driving (i.e odometer, gas). When I received the invoice the miles they were charging me don't seems correct, but I didn't take a picture to claim a reimbursement. It was not a good experience at all.

James W.I always book in town rentals at the location closer to be because I have to pay for mileage. It always seems like my reservation is accepted and then transferred to a location that is further away costing me more more on mileage. This is getting unacceptable!

I have been a loyal U-Hall customer for a long time, but will never use this service again. Not only was this a terrible experience, the staff at this location were extremely rude and unhelpful. They never answer their phone and their vehicles and in horrible condition.

After fueling , I started down the road and turned around and went back because the truck sounded horrible. The attendant drove the truck and said it was ok and it certainly was not. He had 2 more of the same trucks there and I requested another one and was denied.. The truck had exhaust fumes coming into the cabin and the a/c would not blow through the vents. It was a awful experience and the attendant have no customer skills and was very unprofessional. I will not use Uhaul again nor recommend them to anyone. I have used Uhaul on numerous occasions and have never been treated so badly

JACQUILLA A.What I think you should do is make sure when your customer calls to extend a rental of a truck you extend it for the right truck & not mark it off as I got a whole other rental from a different location! Dropping my rental back off today was RIDICULOUS!! Now I have to wait till Monday to speak with a manager about a refund for a rental truck from a whole different location I didn't even rent from! I will NOT be going back to this location that I rented from!
Crystal S.I would NEVER work with this absolute horror of an owner. He is rude, argumentative, seems to find joy in tormenting his customers. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I was appalled and shocked at the level of disrespect I was given at asking for help with a process I was unsure of. I then was sitting silently waiting for the online process and I looked at him which seemed to set him off as he then just kept repeating “You need to learn patience.†I deliberately didn't speak to him after the complete lack of help he afforded me at first, so why he decided to start admonishing me out of nowhere, I don't know. He then berated me for asking him to not speak down to me and told me that I was harassing him. He scared me to the point of tears and then laughed and mocked me. I had to beg him to just give me the key so I could leave as I was on my own and had been dropped off so I didn't have a mode of transportation. I spent the next two hours not even able to start my moving process because I was so shaken by his behavior. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

If the business closes at 1pm and you are walking out the door before noon when the customer arrives don't continue walking and say you (meaning us)selected self pickup anyway and continue to get into your vehicle. Even though he eventually came out of his car to help us he and had the audacity to tell my husband that he owns the business and I told him yes that is why you can afford to act that way and as a self owned business owner you should be more accommodating which you are not. My husband went inside to finalize the transaction but this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

We had to drive to a nearby restaurant to connect to wifi only to learn that we'd need to give the app our location at the site which is impossible to do without internet. We had to get close enough to the location while still being able to connect before finding out that all we had to do was drop the key in a box. A process that should've taken 5 minutes took half an hour because of this

Ravi Kumar A.Upon arrival to the rental store, I was met with a rude owner who instead of calling me prior to tell me he didn't have a rental for me, waited till I got there to tell me he couldn't rent me a truck because he was scared I wouldn't return it in time for the next customer the following day. After assuring him I only needed it for 4 hours, he reluctantly signed it over. On my way to drop off my load, the brakes went completely out on the interstate. Luckily I could maneuver the truck with the parking brake onto the exit and into a parking lot without hurting myself or anyone else. After an hour of being on hold, I finally got through to roadside assistance. I was told they would send out a replacement truck. After an hour, I was called back and told instead, they would send me a tow. An hour later I was told instead of a tow they would send out a mechanic. When the mechanic arrived he spent 2 hours trying to fix the brakes but was unable to locate a part he needed to replace it. I was then called and told that they meant to send a tow truck initially but there was miscommunication. I then waited another hour for the tow truck. It took me 7 hours to get home and I never left my city. After a few days I decided to call and let someone know my whole ordeal was an overall terrible experience. A day later I received an email stating that they inspected my truck and could "no faults" and it was fully operational so the best thing he could do for me was to offer $50 for my time. Although my complaint was not about the money, it was offensive to be told that my experience was false. I wasn't responded to via email and I never received the modest $50 I was told I would in compensation for "my time". Overall, this experience has been horrible and the customer service has been absolutely terrible.
