Check in process was complicated and took 30-45mints, this is the first time. Not happy with the process, have used uhaul a lit if times and this was unacceptable

Was charged for coverage I never wanted. Person didn’t understand much English. Van was filthy and out of gas. Store is dirty and stinks

Variety store attendant struggled to be able to finish set up of the reservation. They might have been new. Owner didn’t answer their phone but answered their WhatsApp. The truck had dog hair all over the seats.

Well..... your wipers are not great and your truck leaks and caused damage to my staging items. Wet chair? Mattress and mattress cover as well as a box thankfully inside items were ok. Truck was def not cleaned upon pick up either.
