Process the orders. I got the vehicle on a Sunday, and Star Motors is closed on Sunday. My order wasn't processed and I was delayed over an hour waiting for them to sort it out. But otherwise, it was good. Vehicle was good. Clean. The man who showed up was very nice.Richard O.
In order to detach my car from trailers - I had to call a road assistance myself. only then they took it off, or tried, and did not know to detach cables.SARIEL B.

I was scamed by a worker, they added service that i didnt want and didnt choose to have through app without even saying anything. I ordered a dolly for big furniture to move heavy refrigerator, I received a small dolly that couldn't do anything with that weight, so i didnt even use that (cause i couldn't) They rounded my Estimated miles higher ignoring the fact that i pay for each mile, so now i'm running around trying to contact any support, which is almost impossible so i get half of my money back. The charged ended up being 2 times higher then intended, and i had to find another dolly.Armen M.
The reported gas in the tank was reported as 1/8 and was actually 1/4 and was giving another 1/4 from where I picked it up due to it being reported incorrectly. The bill is incorrect and I called and they said they would resend a correct bill and have heard nothing and it has been over a week. Location is hard to find even using mapquest.Willoams C.

The lock was very hard to open. We were there for 30 minutes trying to open it. Multiple people tried, even some workers around the area. Lastly, I ordered 2 dollies. Which I did not received. I called U-Haul to see where I could find a replacement and the operator pretty much wished me luck on finding one on my own. Overall horrible experience and a waste of time.Trinidad S.
