We did not feel safe at this location. There was a lot of people hanging around in the parking lot next to the trucks. We felt threatened and we were yelled at by one of the people in the lot. We thought about calling the police. The owner was rude, did not have the furnature pads we requested. I had to argue with the guy to get the dolly we ordered. We will not be renting from the location again.

The location is horrible, and the U-Haul person is very dishonest. Charged us extra miles. Had homeless people outside the location. Very unsafe.

There was a small issue with cleanliness that I didn't notice went I rented the truck (I was told dirty walls) however I explain to the owner I didn't notice that and all went well...The owner was not in the office for the day but still address the issue in an amazing timely manner, I was so impress. Thank You Mrs. Thomson

Although the owner was very nice, he did not have time to go over the truck. He did not have furniture pads available. It was not in a very nice part of town for me to pick up a truck by myself. Back of truck had trash in it; I had to clean before packing.

This was a terrible experience. I arrived at 7, like I had confirmed on the phone and through email. Upon arrived I was told they didn't open until 9. The truck was parked in standing water and the equipment i ordered was not ready. I had to wade through 6 inches of filth to put the equipment in my truck. I will NEVER use uhaul again.

The store manager make me reservation that was for couple day, i just ask for a day, and on the top he didn't stated on the reservation that i bring the van the same day, just for a couple of hours.

overall experience was absolutely horrible could not get a truck the day of my move because the agent DID NOT KNOW HOW to check me in and the online check-in was down could not reach the customer service 800 number the entire day uhaul recording said lines were busy. went onto online live chats three times only to have the agent tell me to call the 800 number and then - ALTHOUGH I said please do not disconnect all 3 live chat agents said call the number and then broke the chat so we could not reach anyone almost destroyed our plans uhaul gave me a modest refund without a way to reach someone when there's a problem, you are a step from a disaster

I brought the vehicle back with the same amount of gas in it and was wrongfully charged a $30 fill up fee. All of my uhaul experiences have been great until this past Saturday I am sad to say that I will be using a different trucking company the next time.

The owner of this location lied about the amount of gas that was in the vehicle. He tried to not give me a receipt, so I wouldn't notice the charge for gas. He is a thief.
