Location services did not work in the UHAUL app on my phone and I had to call twice from the rental address to get someone to help me actually pick up my vehicle -- once to try again to get location services working, once when they still didn't work. I was then informed that THERE ARE KNOWN ISSUES WITH THE APP AND LOCATION SERVICES ON ANDROID PHONES. After those two calls, I discovered after my check-in was complete that the windshield was cracked. I called to report it. The person who took my (now third) call exasperatedly told me she would "send it AGAIN" and did nothing but email me a copy of the policies for roadside assistance. The person who answered my FOURTH call listened to me and put a note in my account that the crack in the window already existed so I would not be charged for it. After spending half an hour fighting with your app and eventually being told that it was a KNOWN ISSUE WITH ANDROID PHONES, every single one of the people I spoke to helpfully suggested that next time perhaps I could try the easy-to-use app. I understand that this is part of their script but, all things considered, you really ought to consider amending that. So five stars for the location, 5 stars for vehicle cleanliness, sure I would recommend that location, but the app has serious issues and one out of four of your phone staff are chair-fillers.

BRANDY SOne of the tires was leaking and had to be filled twice. Not super convenient especially when you have to go out of your way to find an air pump.

LYNNE MWell, I ended up wasting 45 minutes of my rental time doing the "self-serve" procedure, so I wasn't particularly happy about that, since a stressful time was made a bit more stressful. But it turned out all right, even though I had to rush.

doris jThis location was a little confusing to be sure I was in the right location to drop off the truck. Not enough signing, and the employee there told me they did not usually accept 15 foot truck rental returns, which is what I had. The employee let me park it on the side of the building to return it.

ALEXANDERGARDEN RExtend the office hours to provide customer support if needed. 9:00 am to 5:00 pm is not adequate. When I arrived at 9:00 am to pick up and at 5:00 pm to drop off, the office was closed and I had questions. I was able to figure it all out but would have saved me about 30 minutes each time to have a representative there to ask, especially in the morning.

CHELSEY WThe only thing that would keep me from recommending this location or using this truck again is the rental dolly and furniture blankets taking up space in the back and getting in the way. Had I moved them for easement, I would have broken the seals and been charged for something I did not need. Bad idea. I prefer U-Haul trucks, but this sales move will keep me away from trucks so adorned.

I greatly appreciated that it was full of gas on pickup unlike many other U-Haul locations and rentals I had previously gotten. Thank you so much for making my company's gig yesterday possible. Check out process and the person working there was no help at all no one answered the help line or the chat on the app the back of the truck was infested with bugs 🐜 when we got it we spent about 30 mins killing bugs and sweeping them out when we took the truck back the app was a little better but finding out were to drop the keys was a trick all and all uhaul should not have that place dealing with the truck s

joseph mI will never do online pickup after store hours. I prefilled out approval days before pickup, and even went to the site the day before to talk to them. I had no idea Uhaul had to call 2 people at 8am on a Sunday morning so I could pick up. This could have been done days prior. Very frustrated and doubtful I'll ever use Uhaul again.

Glenn DI have used Staples Mill Mini Storage for years now. I rented a truck to move my things out and into our new apartment. It was bitter-sweet. Ms. Pam has always been such a help to us, and the new young lady was kind and pleasant as well.

GETU MI was really impressed with how nice and efficient the women working here are. Very helpful! The U-Haul was super clean and in excellent condition. Drove like a dream. Both the pickup and return went so smoothly. You can't go wrong renting from them!
