Christopher G.This particular location needs to have their equipment a little more accessible. I had to drive thr truck through an opening barely big enough for the truck to fit through. That's a recipe for disaster. My other complains are with the mobile check in process. It takes awhile with the verifying who you are. You should let the customer know that you are going to actually call the reference phone numbers given. People don't answer for phone numbers they don't know and it would be nice to be able to give those people a heads up the U-haul will be calling. Also if you could let us know up front the process is going to take 20+ minutes to get through that would be nice.

Ironically I called the guy the day before to make sure the units were checked out ... he said they were
george M.My reservation was at 10, I stood in the cold rain for over an hour waiting on the website to give me the lock box key, I took the uhaul back with double the gas in it that I started with, and on time, and cleaned out. I was charged a $30 cleaning fee because he said he found a cigarette butt on the back bumper ( I don't smoke, that could have been anyone ) Then he couldn't tell me why there was extra $5 fee.

Joseph K.My experience renting a truck this time was an absolute nightmare… Truck was not where it was supposed to be the first day that I needed it when I went to the second location where the truck was they were closed I could not get my truck it cost me an extra day I had to take a day of work off that cost me money in the second day we come to get our truck at the location we are told and it wasn't there again it was at the other location again! Cost us more time cost me more money I am a very angry upset customer I will be ssaying a lot of negative things about U-Haul if this matter is not taken up by someone and I am made happy...worst experience I've ever had moving ...very angry at U-Haul!
