The drop off was fine but there was no drop off box to be located. I walked around the whole building and saw nothing. So I had to put the keys in the center console and leave the driver door unlocked unfortunately

Truck was not checked in when I returned it on time. Called location and they said it was a computer issue and if that was the case I understand but I feel like there still should have been better communication. When I rented the truck there was a 1/4 of a tank of gas and when I returned it I put $6 of gas in bringing the gas gauge above a 1/4 of a tank and I was charged for 2 gallons of gas. I then called the location again to say I put gas in the truck before returning it and I was told she would adjust my bill so I am waiting for a refund.

We went to this facility for a rental due to the fact that the rental that used to be at Depot crossing gas station is no longer up and running with that said this location is convenient easy to get to easy to get out of very pleasant people in the office we would treat it absolutely wonderful no complaints at all they are above board on courtesy customer service making sure everything was in the truck that we needed and making sure that the truck that we did have was exactly what we had ordered and it fit my whole entire two bedroom apartment plus all the boxes that usually have everything in one load I was so grateful they are wonderful people and I highly highly recommend them to anybody else who lives in Wareham or locally that needs to rent a U-Haul they were very pleasant and easy to deal with thank you very much for all your help. We wish you well with your future endeavors and we wish you extremely success with your business with you all have a great day and thank you again. 

I think it's disgusting charging $170 to go from Florida but to return to Florida you charge $662. You are ripping off the consumer.

I didn't appreciate being called well after I dropped off the equipment. The caller said he was calling about the equipment I rented. I answered, "Yes?" He responded with, "What's up with that?" I had already dropped it off during business hours at the correct location. I don't need someone calling me and asking accusatory questions. This is after the first reservation ended with me refusing a broken trailer with the tongue supported by a stack of wood. I have pictures. I'm not impressed with this latest rental.

Most of all, the directions to the pick up location, taken from the U-Haul web site were terrible! We went 10 miles out of our way to get the truck. I never received a "confirmation" email and had to repeatedly call U-Haul to get information I needed. We drove past several U-Haul distributers on our way to get our truck ?! It was un-clear to me how to use the after hours drop off app, so I waited 'till the business was open to drop off. Seems to me that this ordeal should have been much easier than it was. I was told at pick up that the truck had been checked in with a full fuel tank, but when I drove away, the fuel gage read just over 3/4, not a huge deal, but just added to my frustration. The woman at pick up was however wonderful to deal with and understood our frustration. A world wide company being in business for so long should have it's "stuff" together much better than this !!!

Got lots of emails from uhaul asking to do online prep for picking up the truck but each time, it said I had done it. So making that easier would be helpful. And in the end using the clerk at the location was far more efficient than doing it online.

Pretty convenient. If anything, identifying it as a UHAUL location and finding things such as the key drop were a little difficult, but not terribly so. This is presumably due to its function as a uhaul location being strictly secondary to its main business.

My reservation was changed without being asked. Different pick up location and smaller truck than I was led to believe was available, no furniture pads which I had ordered, etc. For the second time, the online, phone checkin did not work. Drop off time was changed without being asked and the changes led to starting my move an hour later and the truck being returned an hour later.
