Pretty convenient. If anything, identifying it as a UHAUL location and finding things such as the key drop were a little difficult, but not terribly so. This is presumably due to its function as a uhaul location being strictly secondary to its main business.

My reservation was changed without being asked. Different pick up location and smaller truck than I was led to believe was available, no furniture pads which I had ordered, etc. For the second time, the online, phone checkin did not work. Drop off time was changed without being asked and the changes led to starting my move an hour later and the truck being returned an hour later.

When the reservation was made, it was made for a 5 x 8 trailer. I was called that none were available, but that a larger unit was available. I was told that I would be charged the rate of the smaller unit. I now have a $100 charge for a trailer. The cost was to be $39.

I am appalled that 1/4 tank of gas would cost $42.50. Frankly that is an outrage. At the time I tried to return the vehicle, approx. 11:30 PM, there were no service stations open; thus I could not put in the necessary fuel. It found it very difficult to find the location for the drop off and no key deposit box was evident, as there were no lights on at the location.

The pick up time was scheduled for 8 am. The worker didnt get there until 8:30 and then didnt know how to work the computer system to give me the truck. Left there around 9 when i wAs suppose to have the truck at 8 am. Also wrongfully charged me insurance and never even asked me if i wanted it. Which i did not. Very poor experience

I didn't see any uhaul boxes or tape or other uhaul merchandise there to buy or rent other than vehicles.

Very slow checkout, took over 1/2 an hour. Problems with the computer. Van was fairly clean but smelled. Booked an appliance dolly that online said they had. Did not have one and neither did the other 2 uhaul rental places on the same street. Need to keep better inventory on hand as far as extras go. The guy helping me was doing his best and was very apologetic for not having the Dollie. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience but could be much better.

I would prefer to drop off the truck with an actual U-Haul representative rather than just leaving the key and contract in a key drop box. Who's to say that individual the next day doesn't take the truck for an afternoon drive, rack the miles up, and then charge me extra without anyone knowing? Your system of pickups and drop offs is really poor.

They did not have a wire extension, and instead of helping me out by calling another uhaul, where there are 4 in my town, he told me to go buy one. I had to take it upon myself to call other stores, and drive to the location with no lights. It added 1.5 hours to my day.

I was hoping this review was more about uhaul as a company rather than the location of the rental pick up location. No issues with the location, HOWEVER I will NEVER use Uahul again nor will I ever have a good thing to say about the company or any of the customer service representatives I have spoke to over the past 2 days. I was double billed. 497.00 and 467.00 about 12 days apart. First time I called I was told to look at my contract and leave a review! REALLY! I had no availability to my money for 3 days at this point because the 2nd debit that was "in process" was over the weekend leaving me with no available cash in my acct. I called back again to speak to a different CSR and was told she saw the error and was completing the necessary paperwork to get my refund and sending it as an urgent matter and we should be getting a phone call or email re: the matter. My husband then gets a phone call from a man that does not identify himself at all and asks him what he's complaining about. My husband told him my wife has spoken to someone already (works in a field that he can't just sit on the phone and I had already spent an hour reporting our issue) and that we were waiting for a refund. This person notates this has been resolved. I call again Tuesday morning (this will be the 4th day we have no access to our money due to this debit in process that is an error) I am told that they can't transfer me to a manager and I have to wait for a call back from a area field manager. The same position of the man who was so unprofessional and did not take care of anything the day before when he called my husband. Current status - STILL WAITING for a phone call back and still am out 497.00. I'm hoping maybe this review will get me a call back from a company that so desperately wants you to leave one, so that my situation doesn't happen to someone else. Go find another company to use is my recommendation.

The person who answers the phone when you call to make a reservation, needs to know what she is talking about. It was not at this location that I called to rent it, you get people from some other state, not good

The rental process was easy. The truck was clean and the drop off went smoothly. The bill was sent through email which was convenient. I was charged the wrong price and I did have to call 3 times to get the correct price. They figured out I was charged for two days by mistake and my price was corrected. I would rent from this location again!

You need to do a better job of having reserved items where they are supposed to be. Not well maybe or maybe you have to drive anouther 30 miles to pick it up and nobody knows anything

Pickup location was excellent! U-Haul central was not... the folks at Standard Repair were extremely helpful tracking down my equipment when U-Haul failed to ensure the right items were there for me. I HIGHLY recommend calling ahead to make sure your equipment will be available!

tell them to put gas in or you will overcharge them for more gas than they used . thats what they did to me. I drove 20 miles they charged me 40 worth of gas

This location was good and I can recommend it. My reserving location I called ahead of time to be sure they would be open and was told yes only to find out that they were not open the morning of the planned pick up....ouch! I had to scramble to find an available trailer at the last minute and ultimately drive 60 miles round trip to pick it up.... Drop off went well in Vermont as well

I had to sweep the truck out. The tank was on empty. We had to travel to a different location to pick up furniture pads and the appliance dolly was not available at all. We did the advanced reservation and it took over 1 and a half hours to complete our transaction. We also received an e-mail confirmation letting us know that our supplies was guaranteed to be on sight, they were not. Both our pick up location and drop off location was changed from our original on line request.

I picked up the trailer which looked okay. After loading the car I discovered that the left rear tire was flat. It had a nail in it that was leaking air quite fast. I tried calling the local shop and got no answer at 3PM! I called your 800 number and after 1.5 hours it was repaired.

The rental agent in Wareham where I rented truck was terrific! I will rent from Uhaul again.

When I arrived to pick up the van the man at the center had no idea that we were coming even though I had reserved a van. It took almost one hour to get the paper work completed. I was very late meeting my friends who were helping me with the move. When I got into the van I could not see the mileage because there was a maintenance message where the mileage was supposed to be. I called back to Standard Repair and was told that the man who answered the telephone had no idea how to fix this and to call back in 15 minutes. When I called back he stated that there were buttons to push on the dashboard to fix the odometer. There were no buttons. The van was not clean. It was not a good experience.

the site was not open for business at 4PM on a Saturday- I dropped the truck off and put the key in the box. The truck was spotless and the moving blankets were neatly folded. When I received my receipt via e-mail I noted I was charged a 25.00 cleaning fee. Its that kind of sleazy behavior that loses customers. You can be sure I will never use that location again.

The trailer was dirty inside and smelled of gasoline. On our drive we encountered some heavy rain. Upon arrival at our destination we found the trailer leaked and interior contents were wet! The staff at the pick up and drop off sites were friendly and pleasant however the trailer was not satisfactory.

the truck that was rented to me should have never left the state. the front end was very loose and pulled to the right, the transmission would not shift into overdrive, the AC did not work and the heat from the engine would come into the the cab of the truck. this truck should not have been sent on a 2200 mile trip.and U-Haul has done nothing about the poor conditions of this .
