U-Haul itself (not Stadium Storage) was not good, changing my pickup location, well out of the way, costing me an hour on Moving Day PLUS I paid over $25 in excess mileage for the further location that was not refunded (plus extra gas). What good was the "guarantee"??? Where Stadium Storage failed me was 1) the back of the truck was not swept, and 2) I arrived 15 minutes BEFORE the truck was due back. The attendant left early and locked the store doors. I did talk to the attendant as she was leaving (early) and was told to drop the key in the 'box'. What I did not know, was I would get charge over $20 in late fees for using the 'box' drop. I have a time-stamped gas receipt and time-stamped photos to prove that I returned the truck, early! Yet, I was still charged an 'after-hours' fee. Unacceptable!PETER DAVID V.

I reserved this truck in Snohomish, but they could not get one so they sent me to this one in Everett. I was told I would get a reduced rate due to the extra 20 miles I had to drive, but that didn't happen. It is not the Everett locations fault, but whoever I talked to should have changed that right away, it was too late by the time I got the truck.Jeff H.

How about changing pickup time in the online reservation process to match office hours of the facilities. Online let me reserve at 7a only to find out that I can't pick up the key until the facility opened at 930a. Had to cancel and reserve for another day after 930a.EDGARDO S.

We rented and driving off .. a driver said we had a flat tire the front passenger. We had to put air in it. It was a inconvenience. The whole experience was horrible. We paid way to much for all this.jason R.
Friendly staff but a bit to placid. He handed us stars to mark our own equipment damage and then we forgot to and nearly got charged at the drop off location. That's his job to mark the stars.Peter K.

Your on line reservation system is a joke. I reserved a truck to pick up at Anchor storage in Lake Stevens (I live in Granite Falls) I received a confirmation then late that evening I received a message that I I had to pick up and return the truck to South Everett This added 20 mile to my rental and an extra 1/2 hour of driving each ways. NOT a happy customer. Is this your way of getting extra mileage dollars?Sharon J.

The employee was extremely rude when I went to pick up the UHaul. He refused to come and show me where the vehicle was located and give me a walkthrough to make sure it wasn't damaged and go through the checklist. When I asked him where the vehicle was, all he told me to do was look at the number on the receipt and look for the vehicle in the lot myself. It didn't seem like he wanted to help me. Not only that, the vehicle key was broken and it looked like it was taped together with electrical tape. It couldn't start or unlock the steering wheel because it was so tight, but after jiggling it a little bit, it became unlocked. I was stuck two hours in the parking lot of Costco because the steering wheel got locked again. When I went to return the vehicle, there was nobody in the office to help me. I waited an hour and a half to get help. Apparently, the guy was on the fourth floor trying to break somebody's lock. When i sent somebody up to see what was taking so long, he came back and said that the employee said that the lock was more of a priority than me and that I can just wait. All in all, it didn't seem like anything was right. It seemed like something was going on on the fourth floor according to my friend. Finally, when he came down, he looked so nervous and sweaty. When I explained to the employee my problem, he said he wasn't a UHaul employee and that he was a storage employee in such a rude manner. I will never go back to that location again. It cost me so much time and money because I was paying my friend hourly to help me with my furniture.MOHAMED C.

I did schedule my pick up at 10:30 am on Sunday Dec 17, and it was a self service. When I arrived to the location I did park behind the truck selected on my reservation(or at least the same size). Once I tried to start the pick up with my app, I got a message saying to call a number, which I did and a guy named Jose got my call, and after explaining what happened, he put me on hold for over 10 minutes, all of the sudden the greeting shuts off, and my call was dropped. Five seconds later, I got a text msg with a new location about 4 miles from the place picked in the first place. I ended up paying for over 8 miles which I did not need to pay for, due to U-Haul mistakes, and the person who answer the phone did not have the decency of at least say I will change your location. It was easier just to hung up on me and send a me a text. It was a really frustrating situation since you have already planned your activities and for some poor customer service and planning, I had to pay for your mistake. RMRoberto M.

Lady at the office was very rude to my employee. Said truck had to be back by noon even though I was quite clear when reserving that I may need the truck into the afternoon. Pick up experience was great. However, drop off was unpleasant. The track was driven 20 miles, and I put 3 gallons when it was returned. I was changed ~$13 for gas which is unfair. I gave a call to ask an explanation. The person who return my call told me that he was the one who checked all information about mileage and fuel usage upon car return. He was not helpful at all. He can give you all kind of reason, which doesn't make sense, just for the sake of answering your question. Like, the gas could have been stolen from the car, the car might not be parked in a flat ground and the like. But, it is still easy for him to change my card. My Advice to their customer is keep your record as much as possible. You will use it as a proof when you are treated unfairly. The good thing for me is I took a picture so that It can be used as an evidence that I was charged unfairly. Finally, he told me not to come back to his facility anymore and hang up the phone on me. Yea, I take his word and I am 100% sure that I am not going there in the future.TESHOME G.

I rented a truck to specifically tow a auto trailer. The truck came with a four pin plug for lights which will not activate the electric brakes on the trailer. I brought truck back within one hour, drove 3 miles and was charged $38 for something I could not use. I will not recommend U HAULED M.

The location was clean, presentable, and well maintained. The disappointing part is that I was helped by someone who had little to no knowledge of the u-haul self pick up process. He was friendly and understanding, but while I was in a rush to get things done this was a set back. After I got the keys he wanted to see how the mobile process worked (because he wasn't convinced the verification process could be that simple). He went out to the truck with me, and long story short he locked the keys in the truck with the truck running! I spent 30 minutes waiting their for a tow truck service to come pry open the door. He apologized, added time on to my rental, and offered money for gas (which I did not accept). It wasn't that the guy was unfriendly, but u-haul should provide better training on this service so people like me who don't want to deal with the hassle of going inside can use the mobile service like it is intended to be used. I appreciate the guy doing what he could, but it made the overall experience less than perfect and put us in a rush for what we had to get done.Thomas L.
