The auto transport had a defective crank for strap on right side. I had to go buy a strap to go around strap on wheel and connect to frame before I could transport vehicle.Raymond C.

Drop off is problematic. No good area to turn around or park without blocking traffic. The only good thing was thus area is an alley and not heavily traveled. Great staff though!WENDELL S.

It took about a 1/2 hour to check in (I had call in a few days earlier and pre-register ). The reason it took so long was U-HAUL was updating their software and the computer keep hanging up.David G.
Operator was thankful upon inspection that I had taken the time to wash compartment out prior to return. He was very apologetic regarding my initial issues on behalf of U-Haul. He assured me this trailer would have never left his location in that condition. I did help him lift trailer off of my receiver though. Surely there is, or can be, a device to assist with this task. My back was tight after this action and I feel for the operators who must do this regularly! Neither of the two I was exposed to were young in my eyes!WENDELL S.

I made my reservation a couple of weeks before the pick-up date. I DID refer my sister-in-law there two days before my pick-up date since she needed to move some items on the same day. In their rush to fill her needs they forgot and rented my reserved dolly and did not have the blankets I had reserved. So my planning ahead and reserving on-line did not take precedence over a newer last minute customer.Steve P.

Customer service not the greatest. Charged $53.52 for 2 days by local agency, then received an e-receipt for $26.75 for a 2 day charge for same equipment. They said they changed return date to reflect only 1 day, but receipt said 2 day rental. Won't go back to this location.Jason S.

I am waiting on Uhaul to fix the extra charged on my bank card. For a 20 mile move cost me 54.44+14.54+90.98! Usave storage unit's owner spoke with me and said the guy who checked in 2 trucks got the mileage mixed up, there were only 2 trucks on the whole lot. 10 ft. And a 15 ft. That's it! I spoke with Uhaul's customer service department, she explained the paperwork didn't make sense, she turned it over to the management team. So, I am waiting for this to be fixed! Provide pickup at location requested. I had to drive nearly an hour extra round trip after haul switched me to this location. Get your act together on dealer software, software messed up trying to give me a truck rented the prior day and had to go through setup twice.Robert W.

I didn't feel I was completely informed of the different rates depending on which day the u-haul was rented. I was in an accident and needed the truck for work purposes. I had enough going on that I didn't need to end up paying an extra 112 dollars for mileage when I could ave saved it by just waiting until Monday to rent.MARK S.
