St Williams is the best!
Glenn CThe internet service is poor so it’s difficult uploading the required documents etc. The location was unaware that we had rented a u haul and refused to give us the keys. He told us it could be a couple of hours before we get our keys. We spent an hour and a half trying to get it all sorted out. We also ordered two dollys and they were not available on the truck and I had to call to get a refund.

Larry TThey sent me to a location a half an hour away. When I booked one 10 minutes from me. They gave me the wrong truck size when I had requested this size weeks ago. Than they said I would get $50 off, paid and it said $0 but than my credit card was charged $238.34
Angela HEmployee was not well trained. Tired to return rental and was told that they were not a UHaul return site. Then had me drive another 20 minutes until l could get in touch with a uhaul rep. Not impressed. Although UHaul did compensate me for my extra mileage.
Randy WPart of the on-line process asks for downloading copy of both side of driver's license, and I could not do it, so I had to make a call to U-Haul customer service to take note of it.
