Richard BThe trailer holding my car was terrible, not maintained and the right ramp came off and I ended up dragging it for a minute. Was broken so the uhaul in Ely Nevada had to to put a heavy rubber bunny on it to hold it.

Deborah TI had the drop off set up in the town I lived in 3 miles from house. The day I was dropping it off it was changed 20 miles from house. I dont think it right to make the customer travel extra mileage just cause you need the truck in that location. You should do that with in your company. So was extra 20 miles in the truck but my wife had to drive extra 20 miles down and 20 miles back home. Extra 40 miles and our time just does not seem right business.

Tracey COur online rental was for a 5x10 trailer, rented on Sunset Blvd in St George Utah. When we arrived to pick it up, the rental location did not have the trailer and we had to drive 20 minutes further, across town, to the Red Hills Parkway location. Further, they then did not have the correct trailer, and we had to take a much larger trailer. While there was no additional rental charge for the larger trailer, it was a lot bigger and thus a “wasted bulk” to drag as we didn’t need that much space; definitely not as convenient as a smaller trailer.

Gina GIt was a little weird to me that nobody was at the office when I returned the truck. I called and was told to leave the key on the table. I would have been more comfortable if someone had been there to confirm my return, condition of the truck, mileage and gas.

Chris VThe guy that runs this place is awesome! He's always busy when I come to pick up my uhaul truck. He's blowing the back of the uhaul with a blower and cleaning out the uhauls. He's friendly and gives traffic and driving tips. I live in Hurricane and I go to St. George to get a uhaul because this guy enjoys his job and it shows! That uhaul guy in Hurricane sucks!
Lisa SJust bad luck. Most locations are fine and I've had dozens of positive experiences over the years. This was my first and last at this particular location. It truly couldn't have been worse. Added charges to my bill, old and dirty equipment? Rude and unhelpful staff. Honestly, comically bad. Failure on the part of management for sure.
