Dan was excellent: knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, affable, and easy to work with. I simply cannot recommend this location highly enough. They will make your move MUCH BE LESS STRESSFUL.

The truck was filthy in the inside. Dog hair everywhere and I’m actually allergic. They only had one truck the size I needed so I had to take the truck. Terrible experience

JAMES BManagement was friendly and accommodating. I arrived a little before my scheduled pick-up and the manager immediately began check-in with me. He was kind and professional and made the process swift and easy.
Keva WWhen I went to this location there was no U-Haul attendant. When I tried to check in to retrieve the keys the U-Haul app crashed and would not allow me to get the four-digit code for the lockbox. Thus, I was unable to get the truck. I spent two hours on the phone, being transferred from one person to the next, trying to explain the situation and get a different truck. It worked out in the end, but it was extremely frustrating.

Del JMake the drop off box a little less strict when trying to drop off it is kind of dangerous standing there on your phone trying to read and answer questions and taking pictures of the truck which it isn’t on the lot that the lockbox is on

Michael FThis location is shady, I was never asked for my driver license & my card was charged for the truck &mileage the day I picked up the truck. I barely drove the truck but, was charged for 75 miles upon pick up. The truck was not clean & had a funny smell inside.
