Dwayne QI had reserved a van for 8:00 and did not receive it until after 8:45. The manager came at 8:30 and took his time to service me. As I was on the phone U-Haul so they can help me locate the drop box for the key the same manager unlocked the drop box in front of me took the key out and walked off with it. The atmosphere was very unfriendly and the customer service was disgusting.
Akisha KThe vehicle ran very smoothly and I had no issues getting what I needed to get done with this vehicle. However, when I returned the vehicle at 11pm last night the owner was in the shop with about 6 other men, drinking, smoking and playing card games. I was returning the keys when he became extremely aggressive with me. I was unable to find a parking spot because of the location where his shop is and he doesn’t have a designated parking lot for his uhaul vehicles. He asked me if the car was parked, I told him that I parked it in front of his shop. He told me that if he gets a ticket that he was going to bill me for it. I didn’t feel comfortable fighting the matter as I’m a woman and I was in a room with several men. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe I had to call a friend to stay on the phone with me while I waited for my ride.

KELVINR SI Rented a 9” van for 6 hrs but returned van in 4 hrs.Right turn signal was inoperable, check engine light was on and there was no utility dolly to be rented in this station that I needed. This U-haul service station was terrible.
Irvin CBack cabin was dirty with stuff left over from the previous renters and the side bottom mirror is only a half a mirror, I didn't notice until I was ready to pull off after the verification. Good thing the truck was way bigger then what I needed it for. The inside cabin wasn't badly dirty and the gas was only a 1/⁴ tb of a tank. Happy there was a gas Staton near by, But great customer service @ auto shop epically since traffic made me a little over a hr late. Hopefully my refund of that cleaning fee is reversed. I was very happy how smooth the process went. Thanks Asia

JOSEPHD JNot the greatest area. They did not have any of the other equipment we needed. We had to drive to another location to get the hand truck and the blankets.
JESSICA RThis site is located inside a filthy auto shop. The office is filthy. I was afraid to sit on anything afraid I might get dirty. No air conditioner in the office and it was loud because mechanic fixing vehicle. When I returned the car, there were men in front smoking marijuana. I will not be returning to this site ever.

LAWRENCE MI wanted the van at 7 am. When I got there, I tried to get instructions to pick it up and received a message that I had to wait until they opened at 8am. Then I had to wait for the guy who does the rentals to show up. That was at 8:30am. He said he did not receive my reservation and he was there until 9:30pm. I don’t know if that is true because I brought it back at 8pm and he wasn’t there. I reserved before 1pm the day before. Shame on you if you didn’t send him the reservation and shame on him if you did. I could have gone to a different location that was open at 7am and in the future - I will.

Melanie BThe location was convenient for me as I live in the area, but it isn't near transportation. I didn't find the personnel especially helpful as I was left standing, wondering who I was to speak with when I rented the truck. Although I told the person I had never driven a truck, he did not explain anything about the controls. I had been told I had the truck for 24 hours, but the receipt said I had to have the truck back by that afternoon. I had also been told on return to park the truck and I could leave the key in a box. After parking the truck and walking back to the garage, I was told I had to bring the truck to the garage for them to check it, which added another mile by the time I circled back to the garage.
CHERYL MI was overcharged for equipment, mileage and a extra day used. Please look at your bill prior and after use. The vehicle borrowed for 2 hours and I was charged for two days. The location was closed and I was instructed to leave the keys in a lockbox and vehicle parked. Tried to call the location where vehicle was rented and no response. I had to call 1-800 number but did not resolve full issue. So disappointed with service.
