I was not able to pickup the truck through the websites 24/7.. The store owner showed up an hour late. Complained to me that I reserved one way. I told him I reserved one way at a different location but the website switched me to his location. He said he knew the other location had a truck, but they didn't want to reserve it for me, so they declined? Whatever the issue. I was an hour late and it cost me $150 extra because my hired help was standing around waiting. I will most likely not use U-Haul in the future because I can't afford to wait around when I have moving to do. So sad, because I've always used U-Haul to move. In my 40 years of moving, this definitely goes down as the worst experience ever. Totally sucked!! BTW, the return went smoothly (el Camino Ave, sacto)CAROLYN C.

Although online reservation and rental sounds good, documents wouldn't populate on my phone, it took 1hour on the phone, the store owner needed to be called in to rent the truck manually. Uhail customer service was highly unsatisfactory. Will not rent from uhaul again and will tell all my social networks how much problems we had renting a moving truck.Albert M.
On line pick up is only good if it works. Didn't work for us. We put in all the information it asked to give and a code was never given to open the box. Clerk at store was helping and couldn't get it to work either. He finally just unlocked it and gave us the keys.DANIEL A.
