scott lWe went to a local privately owned U-Haul store (Spurlocks)... after having in the past gone to a corporate store... and it was night and day difference... The people at the corporate store... for a loss of a better word(s)... were Ass Hole(s)... but... the local privately owned store... they were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient... We WON"T be going back to the corporate store in our town, ever again... the local store has won our business going forward for every need we have...

aubrey rI was a little concerned about the "check engine" light being ON during my rental period, but thankfully the truck performed well in sub-zero temperatures and everything worked out fine. The guys in the shop are a pleasure to work with, too.

Victoria GThe chains were not attached to my car or blocks added to raise my front end when hooked up and I have damage to my front bumper when removing my car from transport. The drop off location said it was hooked up wrong by the pick up location. Please have a supervisor contact me.

Carol STwo issue. Firast3, the moving pads and hand truck I ordered were not in the truck when I picked it up after-hours. I was not told they wouldn't be. This delayed my schedule by 11 hours. Second, the back of the truck had acru3al dirt in it. It was apparently used by someone moving potted plants and used chewing tobacco. Dirt was spilt everywhere in the back of the truck and the drivers spit bottle was left in the door panel with chew spit in it. I had to stay in a hotel overnight die to the delay. Minimally, I'd like the standard $25 cleaning fee credited to me for the cleaning I had to do to the truck before using it. If this is a case of renting from a 3rd party versus a uhailul facility, I did originally reserve at the uhaul facility but was rescheduled to pick up at the 3rd party dealer. Jennifer SAir fresheners for the cabs would be beneficial; The vehicle I rented smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, so my entire 2 hour round trip I felt extremely nauseous and it was too cold to roll the windows down to air it out.
Taylor MThe customer service was excellent! This was my first time renting a car carrier, I was asked if I knew how to operate the carrier, I replied no. The manager said that the associate would show me how to use it, I appreciate that he took the time and made sure that I understood the proper procedure to use the equipment. Most of all he didn't talk down to me, as if I was inferior.

JOSEPH DAnthony was great...best customer service I have ever had. Nice, funny, explained everything well, solved a few issues....absolutely great! My only issue was in the app...I was unable to access the camera on my phone through your app, so I was not able to download my license nor was I able to take a photo of the dashboard when I checked back in. Overall though, great experience.
Matt PSpurlocks UHaul is top class! They never on having all of the needed requirements for a stress free relocation project. They make every customer feel welcome. I love Jeff and Anthony like brothers!

Kevin BCan't say enough about these guys. FIVE STAR service!! I had to get four 24hr extentions.....you one day move turned into the 5 day move from hell !! Top notch service with no problems keeping the truck an extra 4 days. I would use them again...without a doubt.
Kyle BDoor hinges squeak need lubrication, steering had moderate play or looseness ok for experienced drivers but may cause trouble for drivers not experienced deriving trucks.
