They didn't have the truck I wanted but moved me up a size for $5 more which worked out very well. In comparing rates U-Haul was less than half the cost of Penske for the same vehicle and destination. Employee where I picked it up was very friendly and if the need arises, I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

The Mobile checkin process is broken, and the trucks need maintenance desperately. The truck was a hazard and I paid more for a truck feature that was broken on the truck.

Only thing i was not happy about was I wanted to drop it at another location and was willing to pay the difference in the original qoute I was originally quoted 54.95 rd trip 99.00 one way on your website and u haul wanted a additional 198.00 to drop it at another location so I brought it back to original pickup destination the 1-800 customer service people where absolutely no help the dealer i picked up and returned to were excellent

Initial pick up was ok, the guy who helped us was great. I followed up a day later to get return time and later that day they charged my card addtl fees. Thus was on top of the $102 hold. I called later to find out why and quickly was shafted to cust service. The agent that assisted me was a rude and arrogant person. He also gave me a bogus number for his Dist manager but refused to give me his full name.
