Truck had serious transmission issues and driver side door does not latch properly. Additionally we were not informed the office was a small residence that was difficult to find and closed at 5 PM. The office manager did wait until 6 PM as we battled heavy traffic in the area.
David IThe vehicle had seen better days, it's condition may have been fair to good. It Sounded like it needed work. Noisey, Very strained. I don't know the year of the truck. It was missing a driver side door piece( I took photos ).

ROBERT AThe woman who I picked up the van from entered the wrong drop off location after numerous times and questions I had to call the local uhaul to clear my from not be present at the wrong location. I was on hold for 15 minutes until someone answered to correct. Then I was charged $54 more that quoted with 1/2 tank of gas. The tank was on empty when picked up and the pick up point said it was 3/8. It cost me $130 to fill up. I got charged more on the front end and the back end

Mark Rthey can improve by doing there jobs when it’s required to, i was charged extra on my card for no reason. and when i called them to talk about it they stated they knew nothing and proceeded to just give me the number of a uhaul line just to be put on hold for hours. even tho the extra charges were billed to them specifically. get your shit together…..please. if not for the customers, do it for your own sake
NICHOLAS HMake sure you dont have your customers go to a drop off location thats either closed or no longer a drop off location! We spent 3 hours on hold with customer service trying to figure out where to put the uhaul… was terrrible never want to use uhaul again

Yolanda RI am a little upset that we got charged for a whole extra day and I wish that they would have told us because then I would have kept it for an actual for extra day and would have gotten more use of the truck since we were already paying for it. Plus I returned the Truck around 2:30-2:45 Pm & not almost 4 pm like the final receipt says. The lady was very busy when I dropped off the truck & said she would get checked in. I know the truck was supposed to be returned around 10 am but we were running a little behind. So I asked the lady if I could have more time and she gave us till 1 pm but then on the day we were supposed to be returning it I knew it was going to take a little bit longer so I stopped in around 12:45 but that location was on lunch so I didn't get to talk to her and say that it would be around 2 when we actually returned the truck. Also when we rented the truck the gentlemen at that location said if you have to break the seal and use the dolly go ahead it's no big deal, he never said that we would be charged $7 per day for the dolly because if that was the case I could have just brought my dolly from home and use my own. I would like to see about getting a prorated adjustment for the extra day rental charge and a refund on the Dolly because I find that we were misled when we originally rented the truck Plus you have the dolly on the truck but if people use it then you charge them for it I think that is very misleading and if that's the case the Dolly should not be on the truck. My friend who I'm helping bill is a 82 year old elderly senior who can barely see and walk and I'm putting my time to help him with this and I feel like he got taken advantage of by U-Haul. ALEX Breceived voice mail about location change from where our pick up was from. When called back it took 20 minutes on hold and then the call dropped and then another 20 on hold. Way to long to wait for customer service. In the end all worked out but way too long waiting on the phone

KRZYSZTOF JLocation is not especially easy to get to or easily off a major thoroughfare. Lot for drop-off was pretty small. Unlike the smooth online check-in, the check-out process wasn't as smooth. My location-sharing was on but the site wouldn't let me continue the process. Dropped off after-hours so no experience with the staff or the inside of the facility
Kimberly MThis was the second time in three weeks that I used this particular U-Haul location. Barb was just as wonderful the second time around. Made the entire experience very easy. The equipment was clean and in good condition. So Kudos once again!!
JULIAN BI was unable to book the date until I arrived in the morning of. I was never informed the price per mile increased on Friday and Saturday. If we didn't replace the gas exactly to what we used (and it's extremely hard to figure it out. The needle does not move if you put 1 -7 gallons. If they deem you did not add enough gas, you are charged an extra $30.00. When I asked how much we would be credited it we add, say 10 gallons more. He had no idea. I said would we at least get $3.00 per gallon? He had no idea, but said we would be reimbursed something, but he has no idea how much. I ended up adding 7 gallons extra (over $21.00 worth of gas) and got $5.00 credit.) The advertised price was about $30.00 per day and yet, we were quoted over $70.00. We were told they were not open on Sundays, but will see on the camera that we returned it. We returned it by 10am and yet at 2:30, received a voicemail asking us when we were going to return it. Next time, I'm going to anyone but U-Haul.
