Eli RReally wish that smokers could not smoke in the cabs of the trucks. The cab stunk and there was an empty Marlboro carton on the floorboard. But overall service from reservation to turn in is the smoothest for the big name companies.

Jay RWhen I went to drop off the trailer, the location was closed. I unhitched/parked the trailer in a location that I have dropped off another uhaul vehicle in the past. Upon unhitching the vehicle, an older gentlemen pulled up in a car, did not identify himself and stated that I couldn’t park the trailer in the spot I dropped it off in. I told him that I have a bad back and if he would help me lift the trailer back onto the hitch, I would gladly move it. He said that he also had a bad back and that he wasn’t going to help me lift it and I would be charged a moving fee. I then told him that I could not lift the trailer on my own and if he wasn’t going to help me then the trailer had to stay there and I’ll just have to pay the moving fee. I went back to my vehicle to complete the return process on my phone and the gentlemen approached my vehicle being irate and yelling at me to get off his property. I told him I needed to take pictures of the trailer so I could complete the turn in process but he continued to be hostile so I moved off the property and called the police. The police officer showed up and I was escorted to take the pictures and complete the turn in process. I know this gentlemen doesn’t represent the company as whole but I would not recommend this location to anyone ever!!!!
Omar LThis is NOT a reflection on this location, however, if I can avoid it, I will never use Uhaul again! The STRESS your company caused me was ridiculous. THE CUSTOMER has to chase down the vehicle. That is BS and you know it. Additionally your fuel mileage estimates must have been made on an empty truck that only drove downhill! THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE!
John HTook an additional 20 min while I was trying to just turn in the truck and get back to Un packing my house. I was in a freeze on the way to Texas from Seattle so, I couldn’t travel as far as I needed to. I called uhaul the corporate or whomever answers the 1800 number and they extend me two days because it was a weekend and just to be helpful with no charge. She took really between 20 and 30 min calling someone else maybe a supervisor or someone because she was trying to charge me an additional 90 dollars. Even though, the rep a couple days earlier said it was taken care of. I did end up not having to pay the 90 dollars however, it was a good amount of time before she could get it all figured out. My suggestion would to be have customs service reps to put what they are doing exactly and why in the notes for the picking up and dropping off local shops can see.

I was lied to about pricing and ripped off and experimented rude customer service and people with no patients and acted like wht I was saying made no sense. Horrible overall service I know I wouldn’t use nor recommend uhaul when moving to anymore. Couldn’t get my business again Or recommendation.
Fatmia RYour customer service is terrible. Phone wait over an hour, chat cuts you off, email not responsive. Double booked rental and cancelled wrong contract. Truck was fine, but the aggravation was uncalled for. Almost delayed a long booked rental from TX to SC. One person April in your organization knew what she was doing. Stayed overtime to work out problem on 9/1. Should make her CEO.
Peter OThe truck was dirty inside the cab and in the back. The air conditioner did not work in the truck! The engine had a knock in it. Slow to pick up speed and backfired.
Jacqueline WWe dropped off the truck & keys during closed hours, that is the reason I can not judge the personnel. I felt ok dropping it off. My parents have done business with them, so I was not worried.
