EDITH LThe truck smelled like weed and was very dirty. Then when I returned I paid for gas to bring the car back to where it was. They charged me another 10.80 for gas saying it's lower than when I returned. They refused to come see the truck with me and just said "leave you're good" and then added this charge after I left.

DONNA BYou dropped my online reservation! Upon discovering this I was able to survive my Saturday move but 2 hours later that I had wanted!!! When I got to the location to pick up the truck, guess what?'!?! I was sent to another location to get my truck !! They were out of equipment !!❣️
KAREN AI reserved a dolly and blankets but when I picked the truck up I was told that they didn't have. The location charged me for the items that they didn't have and I realize that only when I was back at home.

francusco cCalled me three days prior to my appointment to change locations which was ok. Day of appointment I went to the "new" location and they didn't have either of my two truck rentals. They then informed me that there was no pickup trucks available and they were going to cancel that reservation. They then sent me to a different location, which I did not get to pick, and it was in a very unsafe part of town! This location was a gas station where they were very dismissive and uninformative.

DELOISE gI will NEVER EVER use U-Haul again. I was swapped to this location from the one I selected and was confirmed for at the last minute. The convenience store was not able to assist in any way. I did not get the dolly or hand truck as ordered. Communication was a major issue. Horrible experience that I protect myself from in the future by never making the mistake of using U-Haul. Don't want a callback. Don't want to speak to anyone.
David GWe were on hold for twenty minutes at a time when a simple one word answer would have sufficed. Also hate the everything done on a reservation app
william mI was charged for moving supplies, dolly, and additional time. I asked the guy for a receipt and he kept telling me he would email me. They never let me see anything. When I originally ordered the van, I did it through the U-Haul location, however uhaual located a can for me at a satellite location. There were no moving supplies at that location and I never requested a dolly.
