They were very accommodating - but it was very frustrating that I reserved a 26ft over a month prior and was only able to get a 20ft and then had to add a trailer. That has much less to do with the location and more to do with dispatch.

The UHaul website was not working for the lady and she had to call another location to remote check us out, but it all went smoothly and we were on our way in about 20 minutes total.

The attendant was very friendly and helpful, but it took a long time to do the rental paperwork. I think it was computer problems, but I spent most of an hour there before I drove away with the truck.

My car had broke down on a Sunday morning and being a thousand miles away. I stopped by one Uhaul store & they directed me to another that had what I needed and I had rented a truck & a dolly & was on my way back home in no time at all. They all were very helpful & instead of being in a town waiting for endless time & bills from a tow company, mechanics, motels I paid a flat rate & was on my way. Thanks Uhaul.

A little confusing. When I made the res. I was to pick up at one location, but then a text arrived to go to another location.

Just customer service.. the lady was nice but she needs to speed up the pace. If I'm getting charged for 6 hrs starting at 9:05am but over half hour of that is waiting on her, her printer and trying to locate the other guy to unlock fence. Then the guy hooking up trailer was super slow. Like I said they were very nice people but getting charged for time that I dont even get to use the trailer is wrong.

I had an email confirmation to pick up at a location that was confirmed. When I arrived I was told the trailer was at another location across town. I don't know why I wasn't updated as to the changes in the pick up site

I HAVE BEEN RENTING YOUR TRUCKS FOR 20 YEARS. THIS TIME I HAD TO CALL YOU THE DAY BEFORE TO CHECK ON MY 26' TRUCK AND YOU DID NOT HAVE 1. NOT GOOD, HAD TO LOAD STUFF IN MY PICKUP TO GET IT ALL,MY CUSTOMER WAS NOT HAPPY AND I LOST MONEY ON THIS JOB....

The rep was very knowledgeable, and VERY helpful/safety oriented. Gave great loading advice which we followed. Stayed open, beyond closing to help customers. Would use again!!

Unfortunately we did not get off to a good start with Uhaul. We reserved our truck well in advance & were told it would be ready at 9:30am. The person who had the truck before us did not return it on time. Not Uhauls fault you say. My question is why schedule everything so close. Why would Uhaul in a town the size of Cheyenne have one 26ft truck? As a result we had a terribly long day.

The computer/printer system was down for almost an hour. That place needs an "IT" upgrade, and they called uhaul center and u haul said they whole system was down??? Caused a wait and back log.

Was sent to drop off a trailer at location outside the metro area, it was after-hours but told it was OK. Got there, place was fenced. Was very uneasy about leaving the trailer along side the gravel road, but felt like we were doing as told.

This was not even the location I selected to pick up my equipment. Uhaul NEVER has held up to where I have agreed to pick up the equipment and I've had to drive 3 or more hours round trip to pick up what I need. The truck came very damaged and the oil change light was on the entire trip. I was only reimbursed $50 for the inconvenience...nowhere close to what it cost me to get my equipment. VERY VERY disappointed!!!

Make sure all inventory is at the location. They did deliver missing inventory to my moving lication. They were very nice.

Think overall it's silly I have to pay what I did. I didn't rent it for two days. I didn't even have it a full 24 hours. I told them it was just to haul my jeep back because it was cheaper than towing it with a company. Lady on the phone told me it'd be 250 and I ended up paying 80 dollars more.

The reason that I would not recommend this location is because it is hard to see the U-haul sign and I was required to return my U-haul on Sunday the 20th and that location is closed. Therefore I would have been charged an extra day.
