Uhaul in general was not easy to deal with. Place of pick up had no record of our reservation. We had a 24/7 pick up and we never received instructions. Site gave keys to us. Next day Uhaul called to ask if we still needed a truck and then cancelled it. We were already using the truck. Also, way to expensive for 1 day use. Drop off location had no record of us dropping off truck. Finally were able to get thing figured out. No discount was given and there should have been. I will use Penske next time. Chris Holland
